熱力采油技術(shù)在大慶油田江37區(qū)塊的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:大慶油田隨著開發(fā)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),開發(fā)效果逐漸變差,易于開發(fā)的好油層已全部動(dòng)用,目前開發(fā)難度越來越大。大慶油田薩爾圖、葡萄花油層都有常規(guī)開采工藝技術(shù)無法滿足的低滲透稠油,原油粘度較高,但原油的粘溫關(guān)系敏感,粘度隨溫度變化較大。根據(jù)稠油油田開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和應(yīng)用商業(yè)化軟件STARS熱采模型蒸汽吞吐數(shù)值模擬研究結(jié)果,采用熱力采油技術(shù)是改善低滲透、高粘度區(qū)塊開發(fā)效果的有效途徑,擬在江37區(qū)塊開展熱力采油現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用研究。本文對(duì)熱力采油地面注汽設(shè)備進(jìn)行完善,注汽井筒隔熱和井下工具技術(shù)、注汽防膨工藝技術(shù)、注汽測(cè)試工藝技術(shù)、注采參數(shù)優(yōu)化等方面進(jìn)行了分析研究,通過室內(nèi)理論計(jì)算和數(shù)值模擬,結(jié)合江37區(qū)塊油田地質(zhì)特點(diǎn),經(jīng)過3年來的研究與應(yīng)用,初步形成了一套適合大慶地區(qū)稠油熱力采油工藝技術(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過在江37區(qū)塊的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用,工藝取得成功,并見到了較好的開發(fā)效果,對(duì)大慶油田后期大規(guī)模注蒸汽開采低滲透油藏具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the extension of the development time, the development effect of Daqing oil field becomes worse gradually, the good reservoir that is easy to be developed has been fully used, and it is becoming more and more difficult to develop at present. There is a low permeability heavy oil which can not be satisfied by conventional production technology in the Putaohua reservoir. The viscosity of crude oil is high, but the relationship between viscosity and temperature of crude oil is sensitive. The viscosity varies greatly with temperature. According to the development experience of heavy oil field and the application of commercial software STARS thermal recovery model steam huff and puff numerical simulation results, thermal oil recovery technology is an effective way to improve the development effect of low permeability and high viscosity block. In this paper, the surface steam injection equipment of thermal oil production, the heat insulation and downhole tool technology of steam injection wellbore, the technology of steam injection anti-expansion technology, the technology of steam injection test, and the technology of steam injection test are proposed to be carried out in Jiang37 block. Through the laboratory theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, combined with the geological characteristics of Jiang37 block oil field, after three years of research and application, A set of techniques and design methods suitable for thermal recovery of heavy oil in Daqing area have been preliminarily formed. Through the field application in Jiang37 Block, the process has been successful, and a good development effect has been observed. It is of great significance for large scale steam injection production and low permeability reservoir in Daqing Oilfield.
