XM油田M2區(qū)塊注水開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:XM油田扶楊油藏屬于典型的低孔、低滲、非均質(zhì)性強(qiáng)油藏。在注水開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中表現(xiàn)出水井注水困難,注入壓力高,而油井基本不受效,油井產(chǎn)液量低的特點(diǎn)。本論文針對(duì)該油藏注水開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,選取M2區(qū)塊作為代表區(qū)塊,通過(guò)深化地質(zhì)認(rèn)識(shí),基于油藏生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)資料分析、并結(jié)合油藏工程方法、利用油氣藏?cái)?shù)值模擬技術(shù),對(duì)有效注水開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。 通過(guò)對(duì)目前注水開(kāi)發(fā)效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),明確了目前的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中存在注水困難的問(wèn)題;對(duì)影響注水開(kāi)發(fā)效果的主要因素進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)清了影響目前注水開(kāi)發(fā)效果的主要原因;進(jìn)而制定出有效注水開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)對(duì)策。為建立起有效驅(qū)替壓力系統(tǒng),根據(jù)目前剩余油富集情況,結(jié)合油藏工程研究成果,設(shè)計(jì)了井網(wǎng)加密、注采比優(yōu)選、補(bǔ)孔補(bǔ)層、提液等調(diào)整措施,共9組調(diào)整方案,并對(duì)這些方案進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)、優(yōu)選。研究結(jié)果表明: (1)儲(chǔ)層存在應(yīng)力敏感和啟動(dòng)壓力梯度,導(dǎo)致注水困難,應(yīng)保持合理地層壓力,計(jì)算得出M2區(qū)塊合理地層壓力為14.2MPa,采油井合理井底流壓為2.77MPa,注水井最大井底流壓為21.78MPa,最大合理生產(chǎn)壓差約為11.43MPa。 (2)區(qū)塊存在較強(qiáng)的水敏和鹽敏,對(duì)注入水水質(zhì)的要求較高,注水開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中要考慮注入水的配伍性問(wèn)題。各區(qū)塊存在較嚴(yán)重的儲(chǔ)層結(jié)垢現(xiàn)象,對(duì)地層的傷害性較大,應(yīng)采取深度酸化,近井地帶解堵措施。 (3)針對(duì)區(qū)塊存在啟動(dòng)壓力梯度偏大的現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行井距調(diào)整,采用小井距開(kāi)發(fā),以建立起有效驅(qū)替壓力系統(tǒng),M2區(qū)塊極限注采井距為140m。 (4)通過(guò)油藏?cái)?shù)值模擬對(duì)各調(diào)整方案進(jìn)行模擬預(yù)測(cè),結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)井網(wǎng)加密可建立有效驅(qū)替壓力系統(tǒng),改善注水開(kāi)發(fā)效果,加密調(diào)整井網(wǎng)的最優(yōu)注采比為1.27。油藏下一步可采取剩余油富集區(qū)井網(wǎng)加密、油井補(bǔ)孔補(bǔ)層、提高配產(chǎn)液量等措施,提高油田采收率,實(shí)現(xiàn)油田穩(wěn)產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Fuyang reservoir in XM oilfield is a typical reservoir with low porosity, low permeability and strong heterogeneity. During the process of water injection, it is difficult to inject water into wells, and the injection pressure is high, but the oil wells are basically ineffective. In view of the problems existing in the process of water injection in this reservoir, the M2 block is selected as the representative block. Through deepening the geological understanding, based on the reservoir production performance data analysis, and combined with reservoir engineering methods, the paper selects M2 block as the representative block. The effective water injection development technology is studied by using oil and gas reservoir numerical simulation technology. Through the evaluation of the current waterflooding development effect, the problems of water injection difficulty in the current development process are clarified, the main factors affecting the waterflooding development effect are analyzed, and the main reasons that affect the current waterflooding development effect are clearly recognized. In order to set up an effective displacement pressure system, according to the current remaining oil enrichment situation and combined with reservoir engineering research results, well pattern infill, injection-production ratio optimization, pore filling and reservoir filling are designed. There are 9 groups of adjustment schemes such as liquid extraction and so on, and these schemes are forecasted and selected. The results show that:. 1) the reservoir is sensitive to stress and starting pressure gradient, which makes water injection difficult, so reasonable formation pressure should be maintained. The reasonable formation pressure of M2 block is 14.2MPa, the reasonable bottom-hole flow pressure of production well is 2.77MPa, the maximum bottom-hole flow pressure of water injection well is 21.78MPa, and the maximum reasonable production pressure difference is about 11.43MPa. (2) there is strong water sensitivity and salt sensitivity in the block, and the quality of injected water is required to be high. The compatibility of injected water should be considered in the process of water injection development. Deep acidification and plugging removal measures should be taken in near well area. 3) in view of the phenomenon that the starting pressure gradient is too large in the block, it is necessary to adjust the well spacing in time and develop the small well spacing in order to establish an effective displacement pressure system. The limit injection-production interval of M _ 2 block is 140 m. 4) simulating and predicting the adjustment schemes through reservoir numerical simulation. The results show that the effective displacement pressure system can be established through well pattern infilling, and the water injection development effect can be improved. The optimal injection-production ratio of infilling and adjusting well pattern is 1.27.The next step of reservoir is to take measures such as infill well pattern in rich area of remaining oil, fill hole and pay layer in oil well, and increase the amount of liquid produced, so as to improve oil recovery and realize stable oil production.
