【摘要】：針對(duì)延長(zhǎng)油田含油污泥處理現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外含油污泥處理方法的特點(diǎn),分析研究了延長(zhǎng)油田含油污泥的特性,開(kāi)展了"篩分流化-化學(xué)調(diào)質(zhì)-機(jī)械分離"處理工藝技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究,并在室內(nèi)探索了最佳工藝運(yùn)行參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)油泥分離劑用量為10~20 g/kg,調(diào)質(zhì)溫度為60℃,離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速為3 000~3 200 r/min,絮凝劑用量為1.5~2.5 g/kg時(shí),處理后污泥的剩余含油量小于20 g/kg。在室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用試驗(yàn),處理后污泥含油量連續(xù)穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:According to the present situation of oily sludge treatment in Yanchang Oilfield and the characteristics of oily sludge treatment methods at home and abroad, the characteristics of oily sludge in Yanchang Oilfield are analyzed and studied.
