千米立軸式巖芯鉆機虛擬樣機的設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:立軸式鉆機采用機械與液壓混合驅(qū)動的方式,充分發(fā)揮兩種傳動方式的特長,具有良好的經(jīng)濟性與野外適應(yīng)性,可廣泛用于資源勘查、工程地質(zhì)勘察與其它相關(guān)行業(yè)。工程機械設(shè)備傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方法往往是采用“作圖法”,這種方法效率低、計算量大且精度差;而用編程的方法雖然使計算精度得到提高,但程序通用性差、調(diào)試量大且可靠性也難以保證。隨著計算機仿真技術(shù)的日益成熟,虛擬樣機技術(shù)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。本課題在充分調(diào)研國內(nèi)外巖芯鉆機的應(yīng)用狀況的條件下,結(jié)合我國巖芯鉆探行業(yè)的實際情況,提出了立軸式巖芯鉆機的設(shè)計方案,確定了鉆機的主要設(shè)計參數(shù)。在實際設(shè)計過程中應(yīng)用虛擬樣機技術(shù),在SolidWorks軟件平臺的基礎(chǔ)上分別完成了鉆機回轉(zhuǎn)器、變速箱、分動箱、卷揚機、液壓系統(tǒng)與機架的設(shè)計與建模工作,并最終成功裝配整機。本課題分析了有限元分析法的數(shù)學(xué)原理,并在SW/Simulation平臺下對鉆機的關(guān)鍵受力部件——進給橫梁進行了靜力學(xué)分析研究;剖析了模態(tài)分析的理論基礎(chǔ),借助設(shè)計軟件分析了機架的前五階固有頻率,并與外界激振頻率進行數(shù)據(jù)對比后排除了機架發(fā)生共振的可能性。在靜力學(xué)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進行了對卷筒的模型進行了輕量化優(yōu)化設(shè)計。并對優(yōu)化結(jié)果進行了詳細的分析,確認了優(yōu)化結(jié)果的正確性。
[Abstract]:The vertical shaft drilling rig adopts mechanical and hydraulic hybrid drive mode, fully exerts the specialty of the two transmission modes, has good economy and adaptability in the field, and can be widely used in the exploration of resources. The traditional design method of engineering machinery and equipment is usually "drawing method", which is low efficiency, large amount of calculation and poor precision, while the method of programming can improve the accuracy of calculation, while the traditional design method of engineering geological survey and other related industries is usually "drawing method", which has the advantages of low efficiency, large amount of calculation and poor precision. With the development of computer simulation technology, virtual prototyping technology has been widely used. According to the actual situation of core drilling industry in China, the design scheme of vertical shaft core drilling rig is put forward, and the main design parameters of drilling rig are determined. The virtual prototyping technology is applied in the actual design process. On the basis of SolidWorks software platform, the design and modeling of drilling rig gyroscope, gearbox, shunt box, hoist, hydraulic system and frame are completed, and the whole machine is successfully assembled. The mathematical principle of finite element analysis is analyzed in this paper. The statics analysis of feed beam, the key force component of drilling rig, is carried out on SW/Simulation platform, the theoretical basis of modal analysis is analyzed, and the first five natural frequencies of the frame are analyzed with the aid of design software. The possibility of resonance in the rear row is compared with the external excitation frequency. On the basis of static analysis, the model of the reel is designed by lightweight optimization, and the optimization results are analyzed in detail. The correctness of the optimization results is confirmed.
