【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著大慶油田的深入開(kāi)發(fā),油田勘探領(lǐng)域不斷拓展,水平井及特殊工藝井?dāng)?shù)量增加,所鉆井深也不斷增加,深層水平井水基鉆井液體系的研究需要隨著油田開(kāi)發(fā)不斷提高抗高溫能力,為日后深井的勘探開(kāi)發(fā)提供必要的技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備。聚磺鉆井液體系既具有聚合物鉆井液體系提高井壁穩(wěn)定性、抑制地層造漿等優(yōu)點(diǎn),又改善了高溫高壓下的泥餅質(zhì)量和流變性,成為深井鉆速提高和井壁穩(wěn)定的優(yōu)良選擇。聚磺鉆井液體系的配方和性能可以根據(jù)井溫、所鉆地層的特點(diǎn)在室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行調(diào)整,具有抗溫能力強(qiáng)、抑制性強(qiáng)、井壁穩(wěn)定能力強(qiáng)、泥餅質(zhì)量好、高溫高壓濾失量低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外抗高溫鉆井液的應(yīng)用狀況分析,結(jié)合大慶油田對(duì)抗高溫鉆井液的需求前景,根據(jù)抗高溫鉆井液類(lèi)型選擇原則和對(duì)抗高溫鉆井液的性能要求,研究了適用于大慶油田水平井的抗高溫聚磺鉆井液體系。通過(guò)對(duì)聚磺鉆井液體系的研究和使用情況,在室內(nèi)進(jìn)行了聚磺鉆井液體系的研制。通過(guò)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)抗高溫聚磺鉆井液的各種處理劑進(jìn)行了優(yōu)選,并進(jìn)行了配伍試驗(yàn),通過(guò)大量實(shí)驗(yàn),確定了抗高溫聚磺鉆井液的配方,并對(duì)研制的抗高溫聚磺鉆井液的熱穩(wěn)定性、抑制性、潤(rùn)滑性、抗污染性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),研制的抗高溫聚磺鉆井液能夠滿(mǎn)足180℃下對(duì)其的各項(xiàng)要求,不失為一種優(yōu)良鉆井液體系,能夠在大慶油田勘探開(kāi)發(fā)上應(yīng)用和推廣。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the further development of Daqing Oilfield, the exploration field of the oilfield has been continuously expanded, the number of horizontal wells and special process wells has increased, and the drilling depth has been increasing. The research of deep horizontal well water-based drilling fluid system needs to improve the ability of resisting high temperature with the development of oil field. The polysulfonate drilling fluid system has not only the advantages of polymer drilling fluid system to improve the stability of wellbore, but also to improve the mud cake quality and rheology at high temperature and high pressure. The formula and performance of polysulfonated drilling fluid system can be adjusted according to the well temperature and the characteristics of the drilled formation on the basis of laboratory experiments. Based on the analysis of the application situation of high temperature resistant drilling fluid at home and abroad and the prospect of the demand for high temperature drilling fluid against high temperature in Daqing Oilfield, the mud cake quality is good and the filtration loss is low at high temperature and high pressure. According to the selection principle of high temperature resistant drilling fluid and the performance requirements of anti high temperature drilling fluid, the high temperature polysulfonated drilling fluid system suitable for horizontal wells in Yu Daqing oilfield is studied. The polysulfonated drilling fluid system was developed in laboratory. Through laboratory experiments, various kinds of treating agents against high-temperature polysulfonated drilling fluid were selected, and compatibility tests were carried out. Through a large number of experiments, the formula of high-temperature polysulfonated drilling fluid was determined. The thermal stability, inhibition, lubricity and pollution resistance of the developed high-temperature polysulfonated drilling fluid are evaluated. The developed high-temperature polysulfonated drilling fluid can meet the requirements of the drilling fluid at 180 鈩,
