【摘要】:基于海上某平臺(tái)原排煙設(shè)計(jì)方案中存在的問題,進(jìn)行了排煙設(shè)計(jì)方案優(yōu)化。采用CFD軟件對(duì)優(yōu)化后平臺(tái)高溫?zé)煔鈹U(kuò)散及不同環(huán)境條件的運(yùn)行工況進(jìn)行了模擬仿真,分析了煙氣溫度及有害氣體濃度的分布范圍,結(jié)合CAP 437規(guī)范及人體接觸有害氣體限值,計(jì)算了溫度升高導(dǎo)致直升機(jī)起降的不可使用概率和有害氣體濃度危害程度及概率,最后探討了緩解高溫?zé)煔馕:Φ拇胧┘芭艧熢O(shè)計(jì)建議。本文研究結(jié)果可為海上平臺(tái)高溫排煙設(shè)計(jì)提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the existing problems in the original smoke exhaust design scheme of a platform on the sea, the smoke exhaust design scheme was optimized. The simulation of the platform's high-temperature smoke diffusion and operation conditions under different environmental conditions was carried out by using CFD software. The distribution range of flue gas temperature and harmful gas concentration is analyzed. Combined with CAP 437 code and the limit value of human exposure to harmful gas, the unserviceable probability and harmful degree and probability of harmful gas concentration caused by the rise of temperature for helicopter take-off and landing are calculated. Finally, the measures to mitigate the harm of high temperature flue gas and the suggestions for smoke exhaust design are discussed. The results of this study can provide a reference for the design of high temperature smoke exhaust on offshore platform.
