多元共聚物的設(shè)計、合成及其在油田的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著三次采油技術(shù)逐漸推廣,油井采出液性質(zhì)更為復雜,其中乳狀液更加穩(wěn)定,導致破乳脫水的難度增大,傳統(tǒng)破乳劑已經(jīng)很難滿足現(xiàn)在采出液的處理要求。通過多元共聚可以實現(xiàn)對高分子預(yù)脫水劑的結(jié)構(gòu)和性質(zhì)的人為調(diào)控,成為近年來研究新型破乳劑的最為有效途徑之一。本文首先采用Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)技術(shù)對新疆火燒山油田含聚采出液乳狀液的穩(wěn)定性進行了研究,并根據(jù)其穩(wěn)定性的特點和影響因素,設(shè)計并合成了一系列四元共聚高分子預(yù)脫水劑。對其破乳脫水效果進行室內(nèi)評價并篩選出效果最佳的預(yù)脫水劑,然后在新疆火燒山油田現(xiàn)場進行現(xiàn)場試驗。得出如下結(jié)論:1.采用LB技術(shù)對含聚采出液油水界面膜的穩(wěn)定性進行了研究。研究表明:隨著水相中聚丙烯酰胺濃度的增加,油水界面膜穩(wěn)定性增加。2.采用乳液聚合的方式,通過正交實驗選擇合適的單體投加配比和最佳的反應(yīng)條件,合成出了四元共聚高分子預(yù)脫水劑,并采用紅外光譜對其結(jié)構(gòu)進行了表征,結(jié)果表明所制得產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)與所設(shè)計的分子結(jié)構(gòu)基本一致。其中最佳的單體投加配比為:m(BA)=25 g,m(MMA)=8 g,m(St)=8 g,m(AA)=3 g。最佳的反應(yīng)條件分別為:反應(yīng)溫度為75℃,反應(yīng)時間為4.5 h,引發(fā)劑用量為單體質(zhì)量的0.5%,乳化劑用量為單體質(zhì)量的6%。3.室內(nèi)破乳脫水效果評價結(jié)果表明:四元共聚預(yù)脫水劑對含聚采出液脫水率和脫水速率同時隨著溫度和加藥濃度的升高而提高;脫出水水中含油量與破乳溫度沒有明顯關(guān)系,但隨著加藥濃度的增加而降低。在30℃,50 mg/L的加藥濃度下,預(yù)脫水劑WH-2的脫水率為96.23%,脫出水水中含油量為89.6 mg/L。將預(yù)脫水劑WH-2與現(xiàn)場用破乳劑ZP-1復配之后,最佳復配質(zhì)量比例為1:2,最佳加藥濃度為50 mg/L,最佳破乳溫度為50℃。復配之后,在30℃,加藥量濃度為50 mg/L時,脫水率可達到97.36%,水中含油量為143.1 mg/L,達到了技術(shù)指標。4.現(xiàn)場試驗結(jié)果表明:將預(yù)脫水劑WH-2和現(xiàn)場用破乳劑ZP-1以質(zhì)量比為1:2,1:4,1:5復配使用,脫水率達到98%以上,水中含油量低于160 mg/L,同時可以使最低加藥濃度降低到9 mg/L,最高可節(jié)約50%的加藥成本。并且能夠?qū)⒐軈R壓力降低到0.6 MPa以下,增加原油采出液的日來液量。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of the tertiary oil recovery technology, the properties of the produced fluid are more complex, and the emulsion is more stable, which leads to the difficulty of demulsification and dehydration. The traditional demulsifier has been difficult to meet the requirements of the treatment of the extracted liquid. The artificial control of the structure and properties of the polymer pre-dehydrating agent can be realized by multicomponent copolymerization. It has become one of the most effective ways to study the new demulsifier in recent years. Firstly, the stability of the emulsion containing produced liquid in Huozaoshan Oilfield, Xinjiang was studied by Langmuir-Blodgett LB technique, and according to its stability characteristics and influencing factors, A series of quaternary polymeric predehydrating agents were designed and synthesized. The demulsification and dehydration effect was evaluated in laboratory and the best pre-dehydrating agent was screened out. Then the field test was carried out in Huozaoshan Oilfield, Xinjiang. The following conclusions were drawn: 1. The stability of oil-water interfacial film of polymer recovery liquid was studied by LB technique. The results showed that: with the increase of the concentration of polyacrylamide in water phase, the stability of oil-water interfacial film was studied. The stability of oil-water interfacial film was increased .2.Quaternary copolymerized polymer predehydrating agent was synthesized by means of emulsion polymerization, proper monomer ratio and optimum reaction conditions were selected by orthogonal experiment. The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the structure of the product is basically the same as that of the designed molecular structure, and the optimum monomer ratio is 25 g of MMAA (25 g / m) and 8 g / m ~ ((1)) of MMAA.
