【摘要】：設(shè)計(jì)了一種無(wú)T形接頭及大角焊縫的鋼制焊接超大型油罐,在罐壁與罐底環(huán)形邊緣板之間增加了過(guò)渡連接圈,使圓筒形罐壁通過(guò)弧形過(guò)渡段圓滑過(guò)渡到平面形罐底,這種結(jié)構(gòu)可以明顯降低罐壁與罐底連接部位的邊緣應(yīng)力,排除了整個(gè)油罐的主要危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn),可使超大型油罐能夠安全運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:A kind of steel welded super large oil tank without T-joint and large fillet weld is designed. A transitional connecting ring is added between the tank wall and the annular edge plate of the bottom of the tank, which makes the cylindrical tank wall slip through the arc transition section to the flat tank bottom. This kind of structure can obviously reduce the edge stress of the connection between the tank wall and the bottom of the tank, eliminate the main dangerous point of the whole tank, and make the super large oil tank operate safely.
