一種新型油砂熱解系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:現(xiàn)有的油砂熱解裝置存在結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜、生產(chǎn)維護(hù)成本高等共性問(wèn)題,本文根據(jù)印尼油砂的物化性質(zhì)對(duì)給定的新型油砂裂解爐的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)并搭建小型試驗(yàn)裝置以驗(yàn)證其性能。從測(cè)試結(jié)果上看,該熱解裝置可以用于進(jìn)行油砂瀝青油和可燃?xì)獾纳a(chǎn),且相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)更利于運(yùn)行維護(hù)。本文圍繞上述方面進(jìn)行了如下工作:1)為了獲得印尼油砂樣品的物化性質(zhì),對(duì)油砂樣品進(jìn)行了工業(yè)分析、熱值分析和熱重分析并測(cè)定了油砂熱解產(chǎn)物的組分含量,得出以下結(jié)論:印尼油砂的低位熱值為9802±58.2 kJ/kg,印尼油砂熱加熱至470℃左右時(shí)主要的熱解過(guò)程已基本完成,該溫度下的產(chǎn)油率和產(chǎn)氣率分別為12.07%和3.45%;2)根據(jù)油砂的相關(guān)特性結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)對(duì)給定結(jié)構(gòu)的換熱結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,設(shè)計(jì)了油砂熱解系統(tǒng)中的主要熱動(dòng)裝置并協(xié)助企業(yè)搭建油砂熱解小試系統(tǒng)。為了保證系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行安全,設(shè)計(jì)并安裝了一套在線(xiàn)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)以監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài);3)對(duì)搭建完成的油砂熱解系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行冷態(tài)調(diào)試和熱態(tài)測(cè)試以驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)的可行性和穩(wěn)定性,得出以下結(jié)論:使用該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行油砂熱解可以獲得燃料油和可燃?xì)獾阮A(yù)期產(chǎn)物,熱態(tài)測(cè)試中系統(tǒng)各運(yùn)行參數(shù)基本符合設(shè)計(jì)值,系統(tǒng)可以用于油砂熱解燃料油和可燃?xì)獾纳a(chǎn),且測(cè)試中有較好的運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The existing oil sand pyrolysis device has some common problems, such as complex structure, high production and maintenance cost, etc. According to the physical and chemical properties of oil sands in Indonesia, the structure of a new type of oil sand cracking furnace is optimized and a small test device is built to verify its performance. The pyrolysis device can be used for the production of oil sand asphalt oil and fuel gas, and the relatively simple system structure is more convenient for operation and maintenance. In order to obtain the physical and chemical properties of the oil sand samples in Indonesia, the following work has been done in this paper. The industrial analysis, calorimetric analysis and thermogravimetric analysis of the oil sand samples were carried out, and the components of the pyrolysis products of the oil sands were determined. The conclusions are as follows: the low calorific value of oil sands in Indonesia is 9802 鹵58.2 KJ / kg, and the main pyrolysis process has been basically completed when the oil sands are heated to about 470 鈩,
