油船底邊艙折角點(diǎn)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:從斜板角度和折角形式兩個方面對油船底邊艙的上、下折角點(diǎn)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。以常規(guī)的焊接型折角為研究對象,分析了四組不同斜板角度的有限元模型。根據(jù)應(yīng)力和疲勞壽命曲線,得到了斜板的最優(yōu)角度。比較了圓弧型折角與焊接型折角的應(yīng)力水平與疲勞壽命。結(jié)果表明:圓弧過渡能降低上、下折角點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力峰值,焊接型折角的嵌接肘板能提高下折角點(diǎn)的疲勞壽命。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了圓弧型折角對斜板最優(yōu)角度的影響。
[Abstract]:This paper optimizes the design of the upper and lower corner of the bottom side of the tanker from the angle of inclined plate and the form of angle. The conventional welding angle is taken as the object of study. The finite element models of four groups of different inclined plate angles are analyzed. According to the stress and fatigue life curves, The optimum angle of inclined plate is obtained. The stress level and fatigue life of arc angle and welding angle are compared. The results show that the arc transition can reduce the peak stress of the upper and lower corner points. The fatigue life of the lower angle can be improved by the welding elbow. The influence of the arc angle on the optimum angle of the inclined plate is studied.
