川渝地區(qū)柱塞舉升工藝研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:柱塞氣舉工藝技術(shù)作為一種經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全、高效、節(jié)能的排采工藝技術(shù),已廣泛應(yīng)用于川渝地區(qū)須家河、川東石炭系等氣藏的出水氣井中,有效的解決了出水氣井的帶水生產(chǎn)的問題,取得了較好的應(yīng)用效果。由于之前實(shí)施的柱塞氣舉工藝井所采用的柱塞氣舉工具、施工設(shè)計(jì)、維護(hù)技術(shù)等基本全部引進(jìn),所實(shí)施井在施工或運(yùn)行維護(hù)過程中出現(xiàn)異常情況時(shí),往往因工具的采購周期、費(fèi)用等問題導(dǎo)致工藝實(shí)施難度大,從而制約了該井生產(chǎn)的持續(xù)和穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。為擴(kuò)大柱塞氣舉工藝技術(shù)在川渝氣井的應(yīng)用范圍,本文在開展柱塞氣舉工藝設(shè)計(jì)及工作制度優(yōu)化研究的基礎(chǔ)上,針對引進(jìn)工具應(yīng)用過程中出現(xiàn)的各類問題,研制出了系列化柱塞氣舉工具,通過開展現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn),形成相應(yīng)施工維護(hù)技術(shù),取得了以下研究成果:(1)通過開展柱塞氣舉工藝設(shè)計(jì)及工作制度優(yōu)化研究,提出了適合川渝氣田柱塞氣舉工藝設(shè)計(jì)方法,并形成了時(shí)間、壓力優(yōu)化控制模式。(2)針對引進(jìn)卡定器出現(xiàn)位移、防噴管出現(xiàn)滲漏等問題,自主研制了彈塊式卡定器、絲扣密封防噴管等系列化柱塞氣舉工具,降低工具采購成本30%以上,工藝井實(shí)施周期縮短至1個(gè)月。(3)針對引進(jìn)控制器無法記錄傳輸運(yùn)行參數(shù)等問題,自主研發(fā)了帶遠(yuǎn)傳遠(yuǎn)控功能的柱塞氣舉控制器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了柱塞氣舉工藝井?dāng)?shù)字化、智能化,顯著提升了運(yùn)行維護(hù)效率。(4)根據(jù)川渝氣田氣井生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn),研究形成適合川渝氣田柱塞氣舉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化井口生產(chǎn)流程,確保柱塞穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。(5)自主研制的工具和柱塞氣舉工藝設(shè)計(jì)方法在13口井進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明自主研制的工具可行、安全、穩(wěn)定,設(shè)計(jì)方法符合現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)實(shí)際。累計(jì)產(chǎn)氣量4052.36×104m3,累計(jì)排水量19045.05m3。通過自主研制的柱塞工具集成、配套及應(yīng)用,降低了柱塞氣舉排水采氣工藝實(shí)施的總費(fèi)用,為該項(xiàng)技術(shù)的繼續(xù)推廣應(yīng)用奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。為川渝氣田三低氣井、維持老氣田穩(wěn)產(chǎn)提供經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全、高效、穩(wěn)定的排水采氣工藝技術(shù),進(jìn)一步提高了氣井采收率。
[Abstract]:As an economical, safe, efficient and energy saving drainage technology, plunger gas lift technology has been widely used in the outlet gas wells of Xujiahe and Carboniferous gas reservoirs in Sichuan and Chongqing areas. It has effectively solved the problem of water-carrying production of outlet gas wells, and achieved good application results. As the plunger gas lift tools, construction design, maintenance techniques and so on used in the previous plunger gas lift process wells were basically imported, When abnormal conditions occur in the process of construction or operation and maintenance, the process implementation is often difficult because of the procurement cycle and cost of the tools, etc. In order to expand the application range of plunger gas lift technology in Chuan-Yu gas well, this paper carried out the research of plunger gas lift process design and work system optimization. In view of the various problems in the application of imported tools, a series of plunger gas lift tools are developed, and the corresponding construction and maintenance techniques are formed through field tests. Through the research on the design of plunger gas lift technology and the optimization of working system, the method of gas lift technology design suitable for Sichuan and Chongqing gas fields is put forward, and the forming time is obtained. Aiming at the problems of displacement of the imported clamping device and leakage of the nozzle, a series of plunger gas lift tools, such as the slug type clamping device, the silk buckle seal nozzle and so on, have been developed independently, which can reduce the purchasing cost of the tool by more than 30%. In order to solve the problem that the imported controller can not record the transmission operation parameters, a plunger gas lift controller with remote control function is developed, which realizes the digitalization and intellectualization of the plunger gas lift process well. According to the production characteristics of gas wells in Sichuan and Chongqing gas fields, the formation of a standardized wellhead production process suitable for plunger gas lift in Sichuan and Chongqing gas fields is studied. The self-developed tool and the design method of plunger gas lift technology have been tested in 13 wells. The results show that the self-developed tool is feasible, safe and stable. The design method accords with the field production practice. The accumulative gas production amount is 4052.36 脳 104m3, and the accumulative displacement amount is 19045.05m3.Through the self-developed plunger tool integration, matching and application, the total cost of implementing the plunger gas lift drainage gas production process is reduced. It lays a solid foundation for the popularization and application of this technology, provides economic, safe, efficient and stable drainage gas recovery technology for the three low gas wells in Sichuan and Chongqing gas fields, and maintains the stable production of the old gas fields, and further improves the recovery rate of the gas wells.
