【摘要】:為了有效解決地下儲(chǔ)氣庫注采過程中管柱內(nèi)外壓力變化給管柱安全性帶來的問題,針對(duì)地下儲(chǔ)氣庫氣井管柱注采過程中溫度、壓力的波動(dòng)特征,采用熱力學(xué)與傳熱學(xué)理論,根據(jù)環(huán)空注滿保護(hù)液與環(huán)空注入一段氮?dú)庵?種情況分別建立了儲(chǔ)氣庫管柱內(nèi)外壓力平衡模型,分析計(jì)算了2種模型的管柱內(nèi)外壓力及變化差異,重點(diǎn)研究了環(huán)空注氮?dú)庵淖罴验L度,繪制了氮?dú)庵L度與封隔器下入深度最佳組合圖版。研究結(jié)果表明:相同條件下環(huán)空注氮?dú)饪蓪⒆⒉蛇^程中環(huán)空壓力減少50%~90%,最佳氮?dú)庵L度為封隔器下深的1/20~1/15;氮?dú)庵L度越長,環(huán)空壓力值越低;油管流體溫度、油管內(nèi)壓力的敏感性分析表明,溫度對(duì)環(huán)空壓力變化影響較大;油套環(huán)空里注入合理的氮?dú)庵L度可以防止儲(chǔ)氣庫井管柱破壞和封隔器失效。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively solve the problem of string safety caused by the change of internal and external pressure in underground gas storage during injection and production, the thermodynamics and heat transfer theory are adopted in view of the fluctuating characteristics of temperature and pressure during injection and production of gas well string in underground gas storage. According to the conditions of full protection liquid injected in annulus and nitrogen column injected in annulus, the pressure balance model inside and outside the pipe string of gas storage tank is established, and the pressure inside and outside the pipe string and the variation difference between the two models are analyzed and calculated. The optimum length of annular nitrogen column was studied. The optimum combination of nitrogen column length and Packer entry depth is drawn. The results show that the annular nitrogen injection can reduce the annular air pressure by 50 / 90 and the optimum nitrogen column length is 1 / 20 / 1 / 15 of the depth under the Packer, and the longer the nitrogen column length is, the longer the nitrogen column length is. The sensitivity analysis of tubing fluid temperature and tubing pressure shows that temperature has great influence on annular pressure, and reasonable nitrogen column length can prevent well string failure and Packer failure.
