多井聯(lián)動排采設(shè)備鋼絲繩力學(xué)性能分析

【摘要】:多井聯(lián)動排采設(shè)備擺脫了單機(jī)單井的開采模式,利用鋼絲繩與滑輪相結(jié)合的方式實現(xiàn)了一個驅(qū)動裝置帶動多口井同時采油,解決了叢式井系統(tǒng)效率低、能耗高的問題,最大限度滿足了叢式井采油工藝的需要。鋼絲繩是多井聯(lián)動排采設(shè)備中將動力傳遞到各井的關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件,由于不能準(zhǔn)確及時判斷鋼絲繩的服役狀況及使用壽命,限制了多井聯(lián)動排采設(shè)備的進(jìn)一步推廣,據(jù)此,本文開展了多井聯(lián)動排采設(shè)備鋼絲繩力學(xué)性能的研究。主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)依據(jù)多井聯(lián)動排采設(shè)備設(shè)計方案,優(yōu)選出對心式曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)作為多井聯(lián)動排采設(shè)備的研究對象。研究了對心式曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動學(xué)規(guī)律,得到懸點位移、速度、加速度隨時間變化的規(guī)律。確定了機(jī)構(gòu)的動力學(xué)模型,對構(gòu)件的運(yùn)動副反力、懸點載荷等要素進(jìn)行了分析,為鋼絲繩力學(xué)性能分析提供了外部激勵。(2)基于多目標(biāo)決策法建立了鋼絲繩選型的指標(biāo)體系,評價出適用于對心式曲柄滑塊多井聯(lián)動排采設(shè)備的鋼絲繩型號。運(yùn)用懸點載荷,確定出鋼絲繩直徑。結(jié)合繩徑大小設(shè)計了鋼絲繩配套裝置,為鋼絲繩壽命預(yù)估提供了計算依據(jù)。(3)以多井聯(lián)動排采設(shè)備鋼絲繩受力類型為基礎(chǔ),建立了繩股中鋼絲拉伸和彎曲的力學(xué)模型,基于力學(xué)模型特征研究了鋼絲繩內(nèi)部鋼絲應(yīng)力應(yīng)變的變化情況。(4)以選型鋼絲繩的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)為樣本,應(yīng)用Auto CAD軟件對選型鋼絲繩進(jìn)行實體建模,基于ANSYS Workbench軟件對模型進(jìn)行了有限元分析,研究了鋼絲繩和鋼絲在拉力作用下的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變規(guī)律,驗證了鋼絲繩數(shù)值模擬的準(zhǔn)確性。(5)探討了鋼絲繩彎曲疲勞壽命因素,分析了輪繩直徑比、鋼絲繩公稱強(qiáng)度、拉力比等因素對鋼絲繩疲勞壽命的影響規(guī)律,基于Miner準(zhǔn)則根據(jù)鋼絲繩外部激勵、配套裝置、鋼絲繩基本參數(shù)預(yù)估了鋼絲繩的疲勞壽命,通過試驗測評了疲勞損傷累計假設(shè)在多井聯(lián)動排采設(shè)備鋼絲繩壽命估算應(yīng)用的正確性,為多井聯(lián)動排采設(shè)備鋼絲繩更換提供了指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The multi-well linkage drainage equipment gets rid of the production mode of single machine and single well, realizes a drive device to drive multiple wells to produce oil at the same time, and solves the problems of low efficiency and high energy consumption of the cluster well system, using the combination of wire rope and pulley. The steel wire rope is the key component of the multi-well linkage drainage equipment to transfer the power to each well, because the service condition and service life of the wire rope can not be accurately and timely judged. This paper studies the mechanical properties of wire rope of multi-well linkage drainage equipment. The main contents are as follows: (1) according to the design scheme of multi-well linkage drainage equipment, The countercore crank slider mechanism is selected as the research object of the multi-well linkage displacement and production equipment. The kinematics law of the countercore crank slider mechanism is studied, and the displacement and velocity of the suspension point are obtained. The dynamic model of the mechanism is determined, and the reaction force of the moving pair and the load at the suspension point are analyzed. Based on the multi-objective decision method, the index system of wire rope selection is established, and the type of wire rope suitable for multi-well displacement equipment with countercore crank slider block is evaluated. Determining the diameter of steel wire rope, combining with the diameter of rope, designing the matching device of steel wire rope, which provides the calculation basis for predicting the life of steel wire rope, and based on the force type of wire rope of multi-well linkage displacement equipment. The mechanical model of tension and bending of steel wire in rope strands is established. Based on the characteristics of mechanical model, the variation of stress and strain of steel wire in wire rope is studied. The Auto CAD software is used to model the type selection wire rope, and the finite element analysis based on ANSYS Workbench software is carried out. The stress-strain law of wire rope and wire under tension is studied. The accuracy of numerical simulation of wire rope is verified. (5) the factors of bending fatigue life of wire rope are discussed, and the influence law of wheel rope diameter ratio, nominal strength of wire rope and tension ratio on fatigue life of wire rope is analyzed. Based on the Miner criterion, the fatigue life of the wire rope is estimated according to the external excitation, matching device and basic parameters of the wire rope, and the correctness of the fatigue damage accumulative hypothesis applied to the estimation of the life of the wire rope of the multi-well linkage drain mining equipment is evaluated through the test. It provides guidance for wire rope replacement of multi-well linkage drainage equipment.
