【摘要】:為解決季節(jié)性凍土隧道凍害現(xiàn)象影響隧道結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)營(yíng)安全的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合寒區(qū)的氣象和油氣管道隧道內(nèi)常年恒溫、洞門常閉、小斷面的特點(diǎn),提出了適用于油氣管道寒區(qū)小斷面隧道保溫設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)管道和隧道圍巖整體溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行模擬分析,依據(jù)隧道圍巖溫度及凍融情況,確定了設(shè)置保溫隔熱層的位置與長(zhǎng)度;形成了一種油氣管道寒區(qū)小斷面隧道隔熱保溫層合理厚度的計(jì)算公式;設(shè)計(jì)了保溫層與保溫門聯(lián)合防凍的方案。保溫設(shè)計(jì)可應(yīng)用于油氣管道寒區(qū)小斷面山嶺隧道,對(duì)于大斷面管道隧道也具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the freezing injury phenomenon of seasonal frozen soil tunnel affects the tunnel structure and operation safety, combined with the characteristics of weather and oil and gas pipeline tunnel in cold region, the temperature is constant all year round, the tunnel door is often closed and the section is small. The heat preservation design of small section tunnel in cold zone of oil and gas pipeline is put forward. The whole temperature field of pipeline and surrounding rock of tunnel is simulated and analyzed. According to the temperature of surrounding rock and freezing and thawing of tunnel, the position and length of thermal insulation layer are determined. A formula for calculating the reasonable thickness of heat insulation and insulation layer of small section tunnel in cold zone of oil and gas pipeline is formed, and a scheme of combined freezing protection of insulation layer and thermal insulation gate is designed. The heat preservation design can be applied to small section mountain tunnel in cold area of oil and gas pipeline. It also has certain guiding significance for large section pipeline tunnel.
