油庫安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著石油化工行業(yè)的不斷進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,,油庫對(duì)安全監(jiān)控方面的要求也越來越高。但是管理相對(duì)復(fù)雜、監(jiān)控方式落后、自動(dòng)化水平低等問題依舊存在于油庫的監(jiān)測與管理當(dāng)中。例如在油庫中大多采用人工采集的方式對(duì)儲(chǔ)油量進(jìn)行測量;對(duì)于油庫油罐車輛的管理更是無從考究。高效簡單的解決油庫管理的這些問題,提升信息化管理水平,是油庫信息化監(jiān)測領(lǐng)域所必須達(dá)到的水平。 本文運(yùn)用當(dāng)前高速發(fā)展的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件、硬件技術(shù)、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)和無線通訊技術(shù),從用戶需求與功能分析入手,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)一種對(duì)儲(chǔ)罐計(jì)量信息監(jiān)測及RFID油庫罐區(qū)油罐車定位的油庫安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。 油庫安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)底層的數(shù)據(jù)采集由儲(chǔ)罐計(jì)量監(jiān)測節(jié)點(diǎn)和油罐車輛定位節(jié)點(diǎn)組成,系統(tǒng)采集到的液位、壓力、罐內(nèi)溫度、罐外溫濕度等儲(chǔ)罐計(jì)量信息及油罐車輛定位信息通過無線HART適配器將信息傳給智能無線網(wǎng)關(guān),智能無線網(wǎng)關(guān)再將信息傳給監(jiān)控中心,儲(chǔ)罐計(jì)量信息監(jiān)測部分將有效安全的完成油罐狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)采集,油庫罐區(qū)中油罐車輛定位部分將運(yùn)用RFID對(duì)油罐車輛的行駛狀態(tài)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)掌控,系統(tǒng)將完成上位機(jī)的程序設(shè)計(jì),它具有數(shù)據(jù)顯示、人機(jī)界面操作和控制系統(tǒng)的管理、打印報(bào)表、統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢、參數(shù)及系統(tǒng)設(shè)置等功能,為保證可靠性,另開數(shù)據(jù)線程進(jìn)行與下位機(jī)通訊及數(shù)據(jù)采集,并對(duì)無線HART網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸進(jìn)行性能測試。本系統(tǒng)對(duì)信息的監(jiān)控和管理實(shí)現(xiàn)工作的實(shí)時(shí)性。 該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)采用集散控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),具有層次化的控制體系結(jié)構(gòu)和分散控制、集中管理的特性。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)靈活易擴(kuò)展,可靠性高,人機(jī)交流方便簡潔,由于我國目前很多油庫都需要進(jìn)行安全化改造,具有較好的通用性和工程推廣性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress and development of petrochemical industry, the requirements of oil depots for safety monitoring are becoming higher and higher. However, the management is relatively complex and the monitoring methods are backward. The low level of automation still exists in the monitoring and management of oil depots. To solve these problems efficiently and simply, to improve the level of information management is the level that must be achieved in the field of oil depot information monitoring. This paper starts with the analysis of users' needs and functions by using the computer software, hardware technology, automatic control technology and wireless communication technology, which are currently developing at a high speed. An oil storage safety monitoring system is designed and developed to monitor the metering information of the storage tank and the positioning of the tank car in the RFID oil storage area. The data acquisition of the bottom layer of the oil depot safety monitoring system consists of the tank metering monitoring node and the oil tank vehicle positioning node. The liquid level, pressure, temperature inside the tank collected by the system, The temperature and humidity outside the tank and the positioning information of the tank vehicle are transmitted to the intelligent wireless gateway through the wireless HART adapter, and the intelligent wireless gateway transmits the information to the monitoring center. The monitoring part of the tank metering information will effectively and safely complete the real-time acquisition of the status data of the oil tank, and the positioning part of the oil tank vehicle in the oil storage area will use RFID to control the driving state of the oil tank vehicle in real time. The system will complete the program design of the upper computer. It has the functions of data display, man-machine interface operation and control system management, printing report forms, statistic inquiry, parameter and system setting, etc. In addition, the data thread is used to communicate and collect data with the lower computer, and the performance of the wireless HART network data transmission is tested. The system can monitor and manage the information in real time. The system is designed with distributed control system structure, hierarchical control system structure and decentralized control, centralized management characteristics. The whole system is flexible and easy to expand, high reliability, convenient and concise man-machine communication. At present, many oil depots in our country need to be changed safely, so they have good generality and engineering generalization.
