【摘要】:本文針對目前油庫發(fā)油系統(tǒng)自動化的需求,在分析國內(nèi)外自動化定量裝車的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和國內(nèi)油庫發(fā)油控制系統(tǒng)存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù),自適應(yīng)控制技術(shù)、PLC控制技術(shù),設(shè)計開發(fā)了油庫定量發(fā)油智能控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了油品裝車計算機在線控制,自動精確計量,生產(chǎn)動態(tài)監(jiān)測、安全連鎖保護(hù)、生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的自動保存和生產(chǎn)傳遞報表的打印輸出等功能,達(dá)到了提高系統(tǒng)裝車精度和效率,降低損耗,減輕工人的勞動強度的目的,提高了油庫儲運系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)代化管理水平。同時為了降低能耗,消除水擊和閥門過沖量影響,提高發(fā)油精度,本文在對系統(tǒng)發(fā)油計量誤差組成、發(fā)油關(guān)斷過程進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了電液閥門多級啟閉控制方案,完成了定量發(fā)油單元的軟硬件設(shè)計和關(guān)閥提前量自整定計算,解決了水擊、計量精度低、閥門難以控制、靜電等問題。本文主要做了以下幾個方面的工作:1、對我國油庫自動化控制系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述,提出了臨潼油庫發(fā)油控制系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案。2、對臨潼油庫公路發(fā)油定量裝車系統(tǒng)的上位機進(jìn)行了分析、設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)。3、闡述油品裝車自動精確計量控制辦法及方案。4、完成定量發(fā)油單元部分的硬件電路和軟件編程。5、研究裝車流量與剩余量之間的關(guān)系,采用閥門多級調(diào)控的辦法,提高裝車效率和精度。
[Abstract]:This paper aims at the demand of automation of oil generating system of oil depot at present, on the basis of analyzing the development situation of automatic and quantitative loading at home and abroad and the existing problems of oil distribution control system in domestic oil depot, combined with field bus technology, Adaptive control technology and PLC control technology are used to design and develop the intelligent control system for quantitative oil production in oil depot. The system realizes on-line control of oil product loading, automatic accurate measurement, dynamic monitoring of production, safety chain protection, etc. The functions of automatic storage of production data and printing and output of production transmission report forms have achieved the purpose of improving the loading accuracy and efficiency of the system, reducing the loss and reducing the labor intensity of the workers. The modern management level of oil storage and transportation system is improved. In order to reduce energy consumption, eliminate the influence of water hammer and valve overimpulse, and improve the accuracy of oil production, this paper analyzes the composition of the system oil generating measurement error and the process of oil generating shutdown. The multi-stage opening and closing control scheme of electro-hydraulic valve is put forward. The software and hardware design of the quantitative oil generating unit and the self-setting calculation of the closing valve advance quantity are completed. The water hammer is solved, the measuring precision is low, and the valve is difficult to control. Static electricity and other problems. This paper mainly do the following aspects of work: 1, the status quo of automatic control system of oil depot in China is expounded. The overall design scheme of the oil distribution control system of Lintong oil depot is put forward, and the upper computer of the highway oil distribution quantitative loading system of Lintong oil depot is analyzed. Design and implement. 3, expound the control method and scheme of automatic accurate metering of oil product loading, complete the hardware circuit and software programming. 5, study the relationship between loading flow and residual quantity, adopt the method of multistage control of valve. Improve loading efficiency and accuracy.
