有桿抽油系統(tǒng)效率和平衡分析研究

【摘要】:在國(guó)內(nèi)外的機(jī)械采油方式中,有桿抽油是一直占絕對(duì)主導(dǎo)地位的人工舉升方式,但有桿抽油機(jī)也存在很多缺點(diǎn),能耗高,效率低等。如我國(guó)油田在用的常規(guī)型游梁式抽油機(jī)系統(tǒng),其系統(tǒng)效率僅有16%~23%。有桿抽油系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能問題已成為國(guó)內(nèi)外研究者關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn).因此,研究有桿抽油系統(tǒng)效率具有非常重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)意義。本文在對(duì)有桿抽油系統(tǒng)各部分效率的數(shù)學(xué)模型分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了有桿抽油系統(tǒng)的效率分析模型;針對(duì)有桿抽油系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和能耗大的問題,按照可獨(dú)立進(jìn)行節(jié)能改造或?qū)嵤┕?jié)能措施的原則,把有桿抽油系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)總效率分解為各單元的分效率。根據(jù)抽油機(jī)平衡判斷原則,設(shè)計(jì)功率法平衡判別方法,確定抽油機(jī)平衡度合理區(qū)間。采用matlab仿真分析在載荷變化和載荷不變情況下游梁式抽油機(jī)的平衡度與四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的傳動(dòng)效率之間關(guān)系,指出游梁式抽油機(jī)平衡度調(diào)節(jié)的重要性。對(duì)有桿抽油系統(tǒng)效率影響因素進(jìn)行分析:主要分析了有桿抽油系統(tǒng)在舉升過程中的:平衡度、沉沒度、抽汲參數(shù)等影響因素。通過分析各個(gè)要素影響有桿抽油系統(tǒng)機(jī)理和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)仿真,判斷有桿抽油系統(tǒng)效率對(duì)平衡度、沉沒度和抽油機(jī)參數(shù)變化的敏感性,為有桿抽油系統(tǒng)效率優(yōu)化提供理論依據(jù)。在考慮公式計(jì)算系統(tǒng)效率的同時(shí),建立了定性與定量相結(jié)合的抽油機(jī)井系統(tǒng)效率綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)了單個(gè)因素的評(píng)估與對(duì)比,由此可直接發(fā)現(xiàn)抽油機(jī)井系統(tǒng)效率存在的問題。依據(jù)數(shù)學(xué)模型,編制了“有桿抽油系統(tǒng)效率評(píng)價(jià)軟件”,檢驗(yàn)了該模型可行性,為數(shù)字化抽油機(jī)系統(tǒng)效率評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)提供了方案。
[Abstract]:In the domestic and foreign mechanical oil extraction methods, rod pumping is always the dominant way of artificial lift, but the rod pumping unit also has many shortcomings, high energy consumption, The efficiency is low. For example, the conventional beam pumping unit system in use in oil fields in our country, its system efficiency is only 16 and 2323.The energy saving problem of the rod pumping system has become the hot spot and focus of researchers at home and abroad. It is of great economic and social significance to study the efficiency of rod pumping system. On the basis of analyzing and studying the mathematical model of the efficiency of each part of the rod pumping system, the efficiency analysis model of the rod pumping system is given in this paper. In view of the structural characteristics of sucker rod pumping system and the problem of large energy consumption, according to the principle that energy saving reform can be carried out independently or energy saving measures can be carried out independently, The total system efficiency of the rod pumping system is decomposed into the sub-efficiency of each unit. According to the principle of judging the balance of the pumping unit, a balance discriminant method of power method is designed. The reasonable range of pumping unit balance is determined. The relationship between the balance of downstream beam pumping unit and the transmission efficiency of four-bar linkage mechanism is analyzed by matlab simulation under the condition of load change and load invariance. This paper points out the importance of adjusting the balance of beam pumping units, analyzes the factors influencing the efficiency of the rod pumping system, and mainly analyzes the balance degree and the sinking degree of the rod pumping system in the process of lifting. By analyzing the mechanism of sucker rod pumping system and the simulation of field experiment data, the sensitivity of the efficiency of sucker rod pumping system to balance, sinking degree and parameters of pumping unit is judged by analyzing the influencing factors, such as swabbing parameters, and so on. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of rod pumping system efficiency. A comprehensive evaluation system of pumping well system efficiency, which combines qualitative and quantitative analysis, is established, and the evaluation and comparison of single factors are realized. According to the mathematical model, the software for evaluating the efficiency of sucker rod pumping system is developed, and the feasibility of the model is tested. It provides a scheme for the development of the system efficiency evaluation system of digital pumping unit.
