齊40塊蒸汽驅(qū)硫化氫治理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著遼河油田稠油高溫采油的陸續(xù)實(shí)施,油井伴生氣中硫化氫含量越來越高,造成嚴(yán)重的大氣污染,已嚴(yán)重危害到現(xiàn)場工作人員和附近百姓的人身安全及油田的生產(chǎn)安全。因此研究脫除稠油伴生氣中的硫化氫氣體成為保證油田可持續(xù)生產(chǎn)的一項重要內(nèi)容。本項目針對齊40塊伴生氣硫化氫治理進(jìn)行了詳盡的研究。包括脫硫工藝、脫硫處理點(diǎn)布置和耐腐蝕材料的選用。根據(jù)齊40塊含硫天然氣井站布局及含硫天然氣處理規(guī)模小的實(shí)際情況,采用QF-12脫硫劑干法脫硫工藝,脫硫塔串并聯(lián)的流程脫除伴生氣中硫化氫。通過采用區(qū)域集中布站方式布置脫硫處理點(diǎn),每個處理點(diǎn)再根據(jù)處理氣量及硫化氫含量、換料時間的綜合分析,分別設(shè)置不同規(guī)格及不同數(shù)量的脫硫塔,多臺脫硫塔串并聯(lián)方式運(yùn)行,合理經(jīng)濟(jì)的解決了稠油伴生氣除硫問題。通過研究比選合理采用耐腐蝕材料防止設(shè)備、管道及閥門等的腐蝕。脫硫塔殼體材料采用Q245R,閥門采用專用耐腐蝕閥門,管道和管件材質(zhì)選用20G高壓鍋爐用無縫鋼管GB5310,法蘭密封面型式為凸凹面。通過選用耐腐蝕材料保證工藝生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、管道及閥門安全。本項目實(shí)施后,處理后的天然氣中均未檢測出硫化氫,優(yōu)于設(shè)計值硫化氫含量不大于10mg/m3,脫硫效果顯著,能夠很好的解決稠油油田生產(chǎn)造成的環(huán)境污染及人身安全的問題。同時通過齊40塊蒸汽驅(qū)硫化氫治理,每年生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行可回收天然氣382.11×104m3,每年獲經(jīng)濟(jì)效益1146.33萬元。齊40塊伴生氣硫化氫的治理為遼河油田其它稠油高溫采油區(qū)塊伴生氣中硫化氫的處理提供了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of high temperature oil production of heavy oil in Liaohe Oilfield, the hydrogen sulfide content in associated gas of oil wells is increasing, causing serious air pollution. It has seriously endangered the personal safety of field workers and nearby people and the production safety of oil fields. Therefore, the study of removing hydrogen sulfide gas from heavy oil associated gas has become an important content in ensuring the sustainable production of oil fields. The treatment of hydrogen sulfide from 40 associated gases has been studied in detail, including the desulfurization process, Layout of desulfurization treatment points and selection of corrosion resistant materials. According to the layout of 40 sulfur gas well stations and the actual situation that the scale of treatment of sulfur containing natural gas is small, QF-12 desulfurizing agent dry desulfurization process is adopted. The desulphurization treatment points are arranged by using the method of regional centralized distribution station, and each treatment point is analyzed synthetically according to the gas quantity and hydrogen sulfide content and the reloading time of each treatment point. With different specifications and different numbers of desulphurizers and several desulfurization towers in series-parallel mode, the problem of sulfur removal from heavy oil associated gas is solved reasonably and economically. Through research and comparison, corrosion resistant materials are used to prevent sulfur removal. Corrosion of pipes, valves, etc. The shell material of the desulfurization tower is Q245R, and the valve is a special corrosion resistant valve. The pipe and pipe fittings are made of seamless steel tube GB5310 for 20G high-pressure boiler, and the flange sealing surface is convex and concave. The safety of production equipment, pipes and valves is ensured by the selection of corrosion resistant materials. After the implementation of this project, No hydrogen sulfide has been detected in the treated natural gas, which is better than the design value of hydrogen sulfide content less than 10 mg / m ~ 3, and the desulfurization effect is remarkable. It can solve the problems of environmental pollution and personal safety caused by heavy oil field production. At the same time, through 40 block steam drive hydrogen sulfide treatment, The annual production and operation of recoverable natural gas is 382.11 脳 10 ~ 4m ~ 3, and the economic benefit is eleven million four hundred and sixty-three thousand and three hundred yuan per year. The treatment of hydrogen sulfide in the associated gas of 40 blocks of Qi 40 provides valuable experience and basis for the treatment of hydrogen sulfide in the associated gas of other heavy oil production blocks in Liaohe Oilfield.
