天然氣濾芯三相過濾過程的壓降特性

【摘要】:通過氣固、氣液交替和混合過濾實驗,研究了天然氣工業(yè)用濾芯氣液固三相過濾性能.通過觀測濾芯表面顯微結(jié)構(gòu),研究了不同階段濾芯壓降變化的原因和過濾機理.結(jié)果表明,在相同過濾條件下,含塵濾芯氣液過濾時,由于液滴與濾餅層相互作用,濾芯表面纖維結(jié)構(gòu)不斷變化,依據(jù)壓降的變化趨勢,過濾過程可分為4個階段:氣固過濾、表面濾餅層脫落、液滴填充及表面過濾.含液濾芯氣固過濾可分為初始過濾和粉塵填充2個階段;濾芯持液量不同,氣固過濾壓降呈相似變化規(guī)律.三相過濾壓降的增長速率介于氣固過濾和氣液過濾之間,液滴可有效抑制氣固過濾壓降的增長.
[Abstract]:Through the experiments of gas-solid, gas-liquid alternating and mixed filtration, the performance of gas-liquid-solid three-phase filter for natural gas industry was studied. The surface microstructure of filter element was observed. The reason and mechanism of pressure drop of filter core in different stages are studied. The results show that the fiber structure of filter core surface changes continuously because of the interaction between liquid drop and cake layer under the same filtration condition. According to the change trend of pressure drop, the filtration process can be divided into four stages: gas-solid filtration, surface filter cake layer falling off, liquid drop filling and surface filtration, and gas-solid filtration with liquid filter core can be divided into two stages: initial filtration and dust filling. The pressure drop of gas-solid filtration is similar to that of gas-solid filter, and the growth rate of three-phase filtration pressure drop is between gas-solid filtration and gas-liquid filtration. Liquid droplets can effectively inhibit the increase of gas-solid filtration pressure drop.
