龍虎泡油田井筒沉砂規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:對(duì)于疏松砂巖油藏,油井出砂是影響其開(kāi)采的突出問(wèn)題。目前進(jìn)行油井防砂是解決出砂問(wèn)題來(lái)維持油井生產(chǎn)的重要手段。但是對(duì)于一些出砂比較嚴(yán)重的疏松砂巖油藏,盡管采用了防砂措施,仍然無(wú)法避免油井出砂的問(wèn)題。隨著生產(chǎn)的進(jìn)行,當(dāng)一定粒徑和濃度的砂粒隨地層流體進(jìn)入井筒后,如果此時(shí)油井的產(chǎn)量足夠高,砂粒就會(huì)隨著地層流體被攜帶出井口。相反,如果此時(shí)產(chǎn)量較低,砂粒無(wú)法被攜帶出去,就會(huì)逐漸堆積到井底。隨著堆積量的逐漸增加,就會(huì)引起油層埋砂、油管砂堵,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)使井底坍塌,損壞套管,影響油井的正常生產(chǎn)。因此,在無(wú)法完全避免油井出砂的情況下,我們有必要對(duì)砂粒在地層流體中的沉降規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究。本文針對(duì)龍虎泡油田部分區(qū)塊出砂嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題,主要完成了以下三方面工作:(1)通過(guò)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所取樣品的砂粒粒徑、含量、含水原油流變性以及含砂濃度進(jìn)行了測(cè)定,確定了各區(qū)塊砂粒粒徑、含量以及含砂濃度的主要范圍。(2)通過(guò)模擬現(xiàn)場(chǎng)出砂,建立了室內(nèi)物理實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P?得出了不同區(qū)塊砂樣的形狀系數(shù)。(3)通過(guò)井筒內(nèi)動(dòng)態(tài)沉砂規(guī)律實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,確定了不同粒徑砂樣在不同流量、含水率以及砂粒濃度下的沉降規(guī)律,建立了描述砂粒運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)的模型。
[Abstract]:For loose sandstone reservoir, well sand production is a prominent problem affecting its production. At present, sand control is an important means to solve the sand production problem to maintain oil well production. However, for some loose sandstone reservoirs with serious sand production, In spite of the sand control measures, the problem of sand production can not be avoided. As production goes on, when a certain size and concentration of sand particles flow into the wellbore, if the oil well output is high enough at this time, Sand particles will be carried out from the wellhead with the formation fluid. On the contrary, if the production is low and the sand particles cannot be carried out, they will gradually accumulate to the bottom of the well. As the amount of accumulation increases, it will lead to reservoir burying sand and tubing sand plugging. In severe cases, the bottom hole collapses, the casing is damaged, and the normal production of the well is affected. Therefore, if the sand production of the well cannot be completely avoided, It is necessary for us to study the settling rule of sand particles in formation fluid. Aiming at the serious problem of sand production in some blocks of Longhubao Oilfield, this paper has mainly completed the following three aspects of work: 1) through laboratory experiments. The grain size, content, rheological property of water-bearing crude oil and sand concentration of the samples taken in the field were determined. The grain size, content and the main range of sand concentration in each block were determined. An indoor physical experimental model was established, and the shape coefficient of sand samples in different blocks was obtained. Through the experimental study of dynamic sand settling law in wellbore, the settlement law of sand samples with different particle size under different flow rate, water content and sand concentration was determined. A model is established to describe the movement of sand particles.
