【摘要】:三元復(fù)合驅(qū)集輸系統(tǒng)隨著見劑濃度的升高,生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行過程中主要存在三方面問題:一是集輸工藝淤積結(jié)垢問題突出;二是部分環(huán)節(jié)不能清垢問題;三是部分工藝清垢工作程序復(fù)雜。為緩解三元系統(tǒng)淤積結(jié)垢程度,提高三元集輸系統(tǒng)清垢工作覆蓋率及工作效率,達(dá)到安全、環(huán)保、高效運(yùn)行,因此有必要開展“三元復(fù)合驅(qū)集輸系統(tǒng)清垢配套技術(shù)研究”。本項目以第四采油廠杏六區(qū)東部三元復(fù)合驅(qū)集輸系統(tǒng)為研究對象,通過科研、跟蹤2008年—2014年現(xiàn)場運(yùn)行情況及效果,完成了以下研究內(nèi)容。(1)開展了三元轉(zhuǎn)油站大罐沉降工藝適應(yīng)性研究,改善了摻水水質(zhì),緩解了系統(tǒng)淤積結(jié)垢問題,確定了在以后產(chǎn)能建設(shè)中三元集輸系統(tǒng)以轉(zhuǎn)油放水站工藝代替原轉(zhuǎn)油站的工藝模式。(2)研制出了泵前快開式過濾器、站內(nèi)除垢工藝接頭、站間管道清淤除垢快速連接裝置、滑動伸縮式測溫管、計量間除垢工藝閥組、油井組合式井口等6項新技術(shù),研究成果覆蓋三元整個集輸系統(tǒng),保證了系統(tǒng)平穩(wěn)、高效運(yùn)行。實(shí)現(xiàn)了三元復(fù)合驅(qū)集輸系統(tǒng)計量間及單井管線清垢無死角,從而延長閥組及管線使用壽命;實(shí)現(xiàn)三元淤積物處理達(dá)到污泥排放含油≤2%的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

In order to alleviate the degree of deposition and scaling in the ternary system, to improve the coverage and efficiency of the scale removal work of the ternary gathering and transportation system, to achieve safety, environmental protection, and efficient operation, Therefore, it is necessary to carry out "study on scaling and supporting technology of ASP gathering and transportation system". This project takes the eastern ASP flooding system of No. 4th oil production plant as the research object, through scientific research, tracking the field operation and effect from 2008 to 2014. The following research contents are completed. (1) A study on the adaptability of the large tank settlement process of the three Yuan transfer Station has been carried out, which has improved the water quality of the mixed water and alleviated the problem of silting and scaling in the system. In the future production capacity construction, the ternary gathering and transportation system replaced the original oil transfer station with the oil transfer station technology. The technology model. 2) developed the fast open filter in front of the pump, the scale removal process joint in the station, and the quick connection device for removing silt and removing scale in the pipeline between the stations. Six new technologies, such as sliding telescopic temperature measuring pipe, scale removal process valve group between metering room and combined wellhead of oil well, are used to cover the whole three-way gathering and transportation system, which ensures the system to be stable.
