高造斜率旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具原理與力學(xué)性能分析

【摘要】:旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)以旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具為核心的尖端自動化鉆井技術(shù)。當(dāng)前對于非常規(guī)油氣資源的開發(fā),特別是頁巖氣的開發(fā),對鉆井技術(shù)的要求越來越高。常規(guī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具對于滿足非常規(guī)油氣資源開采所需要的大位移井或叢式水平井的鉆探,具有造斜能力不強(qiáng)、作業(yè)成本高等問題。針對非常規(guī)油氣資源開發(fā)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn),設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型高造斜率旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具。它除具有常規(guī)旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具的起下鉆次數(shù)少、機(jī)械鉆速高、鉆井作業(yè)效率高、井眼軌跡控制精確等的優(yōu)勢外,還具有造斜能力強(qiáng)、造斜率可控范圍寬、造斜點(diǎn)可以較深等特征。本文通過分析推靠式旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具和指向式旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具的工作原理,結(jié)合兩者的優(yōu)點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了高造斜率旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具的結(jié)構(gòu),分析了高造斜率旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具的工作原理;利用SolidWorks三維建模軟件,建立了工具的數(shù)字化樣機(jī);利用ANSYS有限元分析軟件,分析了鉆壓傳遞裝置和扭矩傳遞裝置的強(qiáng)度;采用縱橫彎曲法和三點(diǎn)定圓法,建立了下部鉆具組合的力學(xué)模型,分析了下部鉆具組合的受力與變形,推導(dǎo)了三彎矩方程組、鉆頭處側(cè)向力和造斜率的計(jì)算公式,利用極限曲率法計(jì)算工具的理論造斜率,最大值為30/45.10m?;利用計(jì)算實(shí)例,通過對影響下部鉆具組合造斜能力的因素進(jìn)行分析,得到已鉆井身曲率、鉆頭指向偏角、井斜角對下部鉆具組合的造斜能力影響明顯;通過分析控制軸的受力情況,完成了控制軸的動力學(xué)分析,得到了動力學(xué)方程。通過以上工作,說明了高造斜率旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆具工具的優(yōu)勢,以及方案的可行性,為高造斜率旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆具工具的研究與開發(fā)提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Rotary steering drilling is a cutting-edge automated drilling technology with rotary steering drilling tools as its core. The current development of unconventional oil and gas resources, especially shale gas, The conventional rotary steering drilling tools have not strong diagonal ability for the drilling of long displacement wells or bundles horizontal wells that meet the requirements of unconventional oil and gas resource exploitation. Aiming at the challenge of unconventional oil and gas resources exploitation, a new type of rotary steering drilling tool with high slope rate is designed. In addition to the advantages of high drilling efficiency and accurate wellbore trajectory control, it also has strong diagonal ability and wide controllable range of slope making. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the push rotary steering drilling tool and the directional rotary steering drilling tool, and combining the advantages of the two tools, the structure of the high slope producing rotary steering drilling tool is designed. The working principle of the high slope rotary steering drilling tool is analyzed, the digital prototype of the tool is established by using SolidWorks 3D modeling software, the strength of the drilling pressure transfer device and the torque transfer device is analyzed by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software. The mechanical model of the lower drilling tool combination is established by using the longitudinal and transverse bending method and the three-point fixed circle method. The stress and deformation of the lower drilling tool combination are analyzed. The equations of three bending moments, the calculation formula of lateral force and slope at the bit are derived. Using the limit curvature method to calculate the theoretical slope of the tool, the maximum value is 30% 45.10 m? Through the analysis of the factors that influence the lower drilling tool combination's diagonal ability, it is obtained that the curvature of the drill bore, the bit direction deflection angle and the well inclination angle have obvious influence on the lower drilling tool combination's diagonal ability by using the calculation example. By analyzing the stress of the control shaft, the dynamic analysis of the control shaft is completed, and the dynamic equation is obtained. Through the above work, the advantages of the high slope rotary guided drilling tool and the feasibility of the scheme are explained. It provides a theoretical basis for the research and development of high slope rotary guided drilling tools.
