【摘要】:隨著天然氣消費(fèi)量日漸增加,地下儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)的建設(shè)越發(fā)緊迫和重要。在儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)的建設(shè)中面臨著許多技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn),確保注采井的安全有效即其中之一。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),地下儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)事故里注采井的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大,因此國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)安全的研究大多著眼于井下管串的安全,同時(shí),由于儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)快速注采的工作制度,氣井出砂現(xiàn)象非常普遍,儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)注采經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明出砂對(duì)儲(chǔ)層的長(zhǎng)期有效運(yùn)行造成威脅。 本文完成的研究主要包括:①建立井筒溫度壓力的預(yù)測(cè)模型,采用溫度壓力耦合的計(jì)算方法,通過(guò)VB.NET編程對(duì)井筒溫度壓力分布進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè);②分析儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)注采井出砂的影響因素,提出5種出砂預(yù)測(cè)模型,并通過(guò)巖心力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)和測(cè)井資料的計(jì)算獲得模型中的參數(shù),對(duì)儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)出砂臨界壓差進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè);③運(yùn)用節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)分析方法,優(yōu)選注采井油管直徑,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行臨界沖蝕流量的計(jì)算;④結(jié)合出砂臨界壓差下的流量及臨界沖蝕流量對(duì)注采井進(jìn)行合理配產(chǎn)。 根據(jù)本文研究?jī)?nèi)容,對(duì)M儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)井進(jìn)行了注采動(dòng)態(tài)分析。①將1井實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)與預(yù)測(cè)的溫度壓力數(shù)據(jù)擬合分析,表明了該程序能較好的模擬井筒的溫度壓力;②對(duì)2井巖心進(jìn)行力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)及測(cè)井計(jì)算獲得了計(jì)算臨界出砂壓差所需參數(shù),計(jì)算了2井出砂臨界壓差;③優(yōu)選了2井滿足注采量的油管直徑,并計(jì)算了沖蝕流量;④計(jì)算出了儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)注采井在不同地層壓力下的安全注采壓差。 本文同時(shí)考慮防止井底出砂的的臨界產(chǎn)量和油管的臨界沖蝕流量,計(jì)算出了不同地層壓力下保證儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)安全的配產(chǎn)量。
[Abstract]:With the increasing consumption of natural gas , the construction of underground gas reservoir becomes more and more urgent and important . In the construction of reservoir , there are many technical challenges to ensure the safety and efficiency of gas injection well . The study mainly includes : ( 1 ) the prediction model of wellbore temperature pressure is established , the temperature pressure distribution of the wellbore is predicted by VB . NET programming , and the parameters in the model are obtained through the calculation of core mechanics experiment and logging data , and the critical erosion flow rate is calculated by using the nodal analysis method , and the flow rate and critical erosion flow rate under the critical pressure difference of sand are combined to reasonably produce the injection well . According to the research contents of this paper , the dynamic analysis of the injection and production of M reservoir well is carried out . 鈶,
