納微米防塌鉆井液技術(shù)的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了解決南堡深層泥頁巖因納微米級孔縫發(fā)育而易發(fā)生井壁失穩(wěn)的問題,通過對納微米級封堵材料的優(yōu)選,確定了配方為3%膨潤土漿+1.2%增黏劑DSP-2+6%降濾失劑SPNH+3%降濾失劑SMP-I+1%降黏劑SMT+0.5%聚胺抑制劑AI-1+0.8%熱穩(wěn)定劑Na_2SO_3+1%微米封堵劑FT3000+5%抑制劑KCl+2%防水鎖劑HAR-D+2%納米封堵劑HSM+3%亞微米固壁劑HGW的納微米防塌鉆井液體系,研究了該鉆井液體系的濾失性、封堵性以及防塌抑制性等性能。結(jié)果表明,2%納米級膠束封堵劑HSM與3%亞微米級固壁劑HGW復(fù)配使用可使基漿的膜效率從0.21提高到0.38,使納微米級濾膜的濾失量降低35%以上,同時能降低PPT濾失量和初始濾失速率,大幅度減緩了對泥頁巖的壓力傳遞時間。該鉆井液體系具有良好的降濾失性、封堵性和抑制性,在150℃下老化16 h后的API濾失量和HTHP濾失量分別為3.7 mL和11 mL,膨潤土壓片在該鉆井液中的24 h線性膨脹率僅為13.29%,泥巖巖屑在該鉆井液中150℃下熱滾16 h后的回收率高達(dá)93.3%。該體系在南堡油田礦場試驗中取得了顯著效果,井眼質(zhì)量得到有效改善,未發(fā)生垮塌、掉塊等井壁失穩(wěn)情況,機械鉆速較鄰井提高了35.29%,實現(xiàn)了深層泥頁巖的井壁穩(wěn)定與優(yōu)快鉆井的多重目的。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that Nanbao deep shale is prone to wellbore instability due to the development of nanometer-sized pore fractures, the optimal selection of nanometer-sized plugging materials is carried out. The formulation of 3% bentonite slurry 1.2% tackifier DSP-2 6% filtration reducer SPNH 3% filtration reducer SMP-I 1% viscosity reducer SMT 0.5% polyamine inhibitor AI-1 0.8% heat stabilizer Na_2SO_3 1% micron plugging agent FT3000 5% inhibitor KCl 2% waterproof lock agent HAR-D 2% waterproofing agent HAR-D 2% was determined. At the same time, the PPT loss and initial filtration rate can be reduced, and the pressure transfer time to shale is greatly reduced.
