【摘要】："21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路"戰(zhàn)略的核心價(jià)值是通道價(jià)值和戰(zhàn)略安全價(jià)值,石油天然氣合作是構(gòu)建能源絲綢之路的主線之一。本文基于對(duì)"21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路"相關(guān)國(guó)家的資源潛力、投資環(huán)境、合作機(jī)會(huì)以及合作方向的分析,提出"21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路"油氣勘探開發(fā)合作的整體戰(zhàn)略及其不同發(fā)展階段的實(shí)施策略。
