基于ABAQUS串列立管碰撞的有限元分析

【摘要】:以兩串列立管碰撞為研究對象,運用有限元分析軟件ABAQUS,考慮水耦合作用研究串列立管的局部碰撞行為。通過模擬立管碰撞前的靜態(tài)彎曲和動態(tài)碰撞過程,將靜態(tài)分析的結(jié)果導(dǎo)入動態(tài)分析步中,從單一因素方面分析碰撞速度、立管夾角、內(nèi)壓對立管碰撞應(yīng)力的影響,并將考慮水耦合作用和不考慮水耦合作用的應(yīng)力變化情況進(jìn)行了對比分析。結(jié)果表明:在給定工況下,兩立管發(fā)生多次碰撞,考慮水耦合作用時,立管碰撞產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力較小。在分別考慮和不考慮水耦合時,碰撞速度、夾角、內(nèi)壓對立管應(yīng)力變化的影響是不同的,初始碰撞產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力隨碰撞速度的增大而增大,存在某一適當(dāng)?shù)膴A角和內(nèi)壓值,使立管較為安全,可以避免立管遭受撞擊而發(fā)生破壞,為立管群的排列布置提供參考。
[Abstract]:The local collision behavior of tandem risers is studied by means of finite element analysis software Abaqus, considering the water coupling effect. The static bending and dynamic collision process of risers before collision are simulated by using the finite element analysis software Abaqus. The results of static analysis are introduced into the dynamic analysis step, and the impact of collision velocity, angle of riser and internal pressure on the impact stress of the tube is analyzed from a single factor. The stress changes considering water coupling and not considering water coupling are compared and analyzed. The results show that the two risers collide several times under a given working condition, and consider the water coupling effect. The effect of impact velocity, angle and internal pressure on the stress variation of riser is different when water coupling is taken into account, and the stress produced by initial collision increases with the increase of collision velocity. Due to the existence of an appropriate angle and internal pressure, the riser is safe and can avoid the damage caused by impact, which provides a reference for the arrangement and arrangement of the standpipe group.
