適用于輸氣管道運行方案優(yōu)化的壓縮機功率擬合函數(shù)

【摘要】:完成一次大型天然氣管網(wǎng)運行方案優(yōu)化預計需要數(shù)十小時的計算機運算時間,其中絕大部分時間用于壓縮機組功率計算,基于此,提出利用擬合函數(shù)簡化壓縮機的功率計算,但該方法未考慮壓縮機進口溫度對功率的影響。為提高擬合精度,引入壓縮機進口溫度對擬合函數(shù)加以改進,并以國內(nèi)某輸氣管道系統(tǒng)配置的3種型號壓縮機為例檢驗其效果。結(jié)果表明:改進前的最大偏差在10%以上,而改進后的最大偏差低于5%,平均偏差低于1%。將改進的擬合函數(shù)應用于某虛擬管道的工藝運行方案優(yōu)化過程,其結(jié)果與常規(guī)方法計算結(jié)果的絕對偏差低于0.67 MW,相對偏差低于1.1%,且擬合函數(shù)法比常規(guī)方法節(jié)省了大量計算時間。
[Abstract]:It takes tens of hours of computer operation time to complete the optimization of a large natural gas pipeline network, and most of the time is used to calculate the power of compressor unit. Based on this, it is proposed to simplify the power calculation of compressor by using fitting function. However, the influence of compressor inlet temperature on power is not considered in this method. In order to improve the fitting accuracy, the compressor inlet temperature is introduced to improve the fitting function. The results show that the maximum deviation before improvement is more than 10%, taking three types of compressors installed in a domestic gas pipeline system as an example. The improved maximum deviation is less than 5 and the average deviation is less than 1.The improved fitting function is applied to the optimization process of the process operation plan of a virtual pipeline. The absolute deviation and relative deviation of the results are less than 0.67 MW and 1.1 respectively, and the calculation time of the fitting function method is much less than that of the conventional method.
