【摘要】：氣相色譜在線分析與氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜離線分析兩種分析方法相結(jié)合,對管輸天然氣組成和凝析油組成進行定性定量分析,再利用HYSYS軟件中的Peng-Robinson方程得出管輸天然氣的氣液平衡相圖,分析管道輸送過程中凝析油的形成機理。管輸天然氣中存在高沸點組分是凝析油產(chǎn)生的主要原因,并受溫度、壓力的影響。討論實際運行數(shù)據(jù)與模擬數(shù)據(jù)的區(qū)別,提出天然氣凝析油的防范措施。
[Abstract]:Gas chromatographic on-line analysis and off-line analysis of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry are combined to analyze the composition of natural gas and condensate oil qualitatively and quantitatively. Then using the Peng-Robinson equation in HYSYS software, the gas-liquid equilibrium phase diagram of pipeline natural gas is obtained. The formation mechanism of condensate oil in pipeline transportation process is analyzed. The high boiling point component in pipeline natural gas is the main cause of condensate production and is subjected to temperature. The difference between the actual operation data and the simulated data is discussed, and the preventive measures for natural gas condensate oil are put forward.
