【摘要】:乙酸是變壓器油紙絕緣老化所生成酸類物質(zhì)的主要成分;分析變壓器油中溶解乙酸含量對(duì)準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估運(yùn)行變壓器的老化狀態(tài)具有重要意義。拉曼光譜技術(shù)是基于拉曼效應(yīng)的一種分子分析技術(shù),能很好地用于物質(zhì)的非接觸式原位檢測(cè)。論文開(kāi)展了變壓器油中溶解乙酸含量拉曼光譜檢測(cè)方法研究:利用Gaussian09W軟件分析了乙酸分子的拉曼振動(dòng)特性,對(duì)實(shí)測(cè)乙酸拉曼譜峰的振動(dòng)模式進(jìn)行了指認(rèn);基于實(shí)驗(yàn)室搭建的激光拉曼光譜液體檢測(cè)平臺(tái),對(duì)不同乙酸含量的變壓器油樣進(jìn)行了原位檢測(cè);選定891cm~(-1)作為變壓器油中溶解乙酸分子的拉曼特征峰,基于乙酸891cm~(-1)與變壓器油932cm~(-1)特征峰面積比值和最小二乘法建立了乙酸的定量分析方法,檢測(cè)限可達(dá)0.08mg·mL~(-1)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:激光拉曼光譜可應(yīng)用于油中溶解乙酸含量原位檢測(cè)并具有良好的檢測(cè)穩(wěn)定性和重復(fù)性,為變壓器油中溶解乙酸含量的快速、無(wú)損檢測(cè)提供了一種新方法。
[Abstract]:Acetic acid is the main component of acid substance produced by insulation aging of transformer oil paper. It is important to analyze dissolved acetic acid content in transformer oil to accurately evaluate the aging state of running transformer. Raman spectroscopy is a molecular analysis technology based on Raman effect. In this paper, Raman spectroscopy of dissolved acetic acid content in transformer oil is studied. The Raman vibration characteristics of acetic acid were analyzed by Gaussian09W software. The vibrational modes of the measured Raman spectra of acetic acid are identified. Based on the laser Raman spectrum liquid detection platform, the transformer oil samples with different acetic acid content were detected in situ. 891cm ~ (-1) was selected as the Raman characteristic peak of dissolved acetic acid molecule in transformer oil. The quantitative analysis method of acetic acid was established based on the ratio of characteristic peak area to 932 cm ~ (-1) of acetic acid (891cm ~ (-1)) and the least square method. The detection limit is 0.08mg 路mL ~ (-1). The experimental results show that laser Raman spectroscopy can be used for in-situ detection of dissolved acetic acid in oil and has good stability and reproducibility. It provides a new method for fast and nondestructive detection of dissolved acetic acid in transformer oil.
