洛河油田“平注平采”整體壓裂工藝技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:針對天然能量彈性開發(fā)的致密低滲透油藏水平井壓后初期產(chǎn)量高、產(chǎn)量遞減快、穩(wěn)產(chǎn)難度大等難點(diǎn),為了進(jìn)一步提高鄂爾多斯盆地洛河油田長7儲層的開發(fā)效益,基于儲層工程地質(zhì)特征,單井測錄井及井網(wǎng)條件,采用油藏?cái)?shù)值模擬和全三維壓裂設(shè)計(jì)軟件相結(jié)合的方法,優(yōu)化了"平注平采"水平井組的裂縫形體布局,裂縫參數(shù)及施工參數(shù)。裂縫采用不等間距交叉布縫(避開注水井水線位置),縫間距為60~112m、裂縫條數(shù)為7~9條,裂縫半長為120~150m,導(dǎo)流能力為30~40μm2·cm,遠(yuǎn)離注水水線位置的施工排量為4.0~4.5m3/min,規(guī)模為35~40m3,離水線近位置的施工排量為3.0~3.5m3/min,規(guī)模為22~28m3。通過現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn),壓后水平井試油期間日產(chǎn)油量5t,關(guān)井注水地層能量達(dá)110%時開井生產(chǎn),LH1-2-7P16井穩(wěn)定日產(chǎn)油量5.1t,LH1-2-7P18井穩(wěn)定日產(chǎn)油量3.8t,相比鄰近水平井分別提高了1.7和2.3倍,增產(chǎn)效果明顯,實(shí)現(xiàn)了區(qū)塊水平井組整體開發(fā)的技術(shù)突破,為其他類似油藏開發(fā)提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。
