北三區(qū)三元污水處理效果實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:薩北油田現(xiàn)已全面大規(guī)模進(jìn)入三元復(fù)合驅(qū)油開采階段,取得了顯著提高原油采收率的效果,但在提高原油采收率的同時(shí),也隨之產(chǎn)生了大量的三元驅(qū)采出污水。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用發(fā)現(xiàn),聚驅(qū)采出污水處理難度較水驅(qū)采出污水處理難度增大,三元復(fù)合驅(qū)采出污水的處理難度更大。而三元復(fù)合驅(qū)采出污水中的堿、表面活性劑和聚合物大量存在,使得含有不同化學(xué)劑的三元采出污水成為一種更加復(fù)雜的污水體系,采出液粘度增大,原油乳化嚴(yán)重,這些現(xiàn)象和問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)使得污水處理變得非常困難,現(xiàn)油田急需將這些污水進(jìn)行處理,在避免污染環(huán)境的同時(shí),將污水處理合格后作為回注水使用。因此針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題本文通過(guò)室內(nèi)沉降實(shí)驗(yàn),了解不同含劑濃度對(duì)含油污水沉降處理效果的影響因素;利用建立的可視化兩級(jí)過(guò)濾裝置,模擬三元驅(qū)污水和聚驅(qū)驅(qū)污水混摻過(guò)濾實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)混摻污水的處理工藝技術(shù)進(jìn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化;利用三種不同配置水稀釋聚合物溶液對(duì)三種污水稀釋聚合物溶液的粘度穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行研究;利用人造三層非均質(zhì)長(zhǎng)方巖心,對(duì)比分析并評(píng)價(jià)混摻污水稀釋聚合物溶液的驅(qū)油效果。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果表明:污水水質(zhì)、污水沉降時(shí)間、沉降溫度以及含劑濃度多少都對(duì)油田三元污水的沉降處理效果產(chǎn)生了影響;通過(guò)測(cè)得污水中的含油和懸浮物含量,最終確定三元污水與聚驅(qū)污水沉降處理最佳混摻比例為1:3,最佳混摻沉降時(shí)間界限為8h;通過(guò)可視模擬過(guò)濾裝置模擬三元與聚驅(qū)污水的混摻過(guò)濾過(guò)程,研究了不同濾料級(jí)配、過(guò)濾速度、混摻比例對(duì)過(guò)濾處理后混摻污水的含油量、懸浮物含量的影響,確定了過(guò)濾速度的最佳界限范圍為6m/h-8m/h,最佳濾料級(jí)配為級(jí)配三,在這樣的過(guò)濾條件下,三元驅(qū)與聚驅(qū)混摻污水過(guò)濾后達(dá)均可以達(dá)到水質(zhì)指標(biāo)要求,即含油≤20mg/L,懸浮物≤20mg/L;通過(guò)對(duì)比蒸餾水、聚驅(qū)污水和混摻污水稀釋聚合物溶液粘度穩(wěn)定性,發(fā)現(xiàn)混摻污水和聚驅(qū)污水稀釋聚合物溶液粘度穩(wěn)定性同蒸餾水稀釋聚合物溶液粘度穩(wěn)定性相比相差較大,但兩種污水稀釋聚合物溶液的粘度穩(wěn)定性相差不大;通過(guò)對(duì)比聚驅(qū)污水和混摻污水稀釋聚合物溶液的驅(qū)油效果,混摻污水稀釋聚合物溶液提高采收率值比聚驅(qū)污水的僅低1.34%,因此將三元與聚驅(qū)污水混摻處理再循環(huán)利用是有效可行的。
[Abstract]:Sabei Oilfield has now entered the stage of ASP flooding on a large scale, and has achieved a remarkable effect of improving oil recovery, but at the same time improving crude oil recovery. It is found that it is more difficult to treat sewage produced by polymer flooding than that by water flooding. The treatment of sewage produced by ASP flooding is more difficult, and the alkali, surfactant and polymer in the sewage produced by ASP flooding are abundant. The ternary sewage produced with different chemical agents becomes a more complex sewage system, the viscosity of the produced liquid increases and the crude oil emulsifies seriously. These phenomena and problems make sewage treatment very difficult. Now the oilfield is in urgent need of these sewage treatment, in order to avoid the pollution of the environment, the sewage treatment is qualified and used as water injection. Therefore, this paper passes through the indoor settlement experiment to solve these problems. To understand the influence factors of different concentration of agent on the settlement effect of oily sewage; By using the visual two-stage filter device, the mixed filtration experiment of ternary flooding sewage and polymer flooding sewage was simulated, and the parameters of mixed sewage treatment technology were optimized. The viscosity stability of three kinds of waste water diluted polymer solution was studied by using three different water dilute polymer solutions. By using three layers of heterogenous rectangular cores, the oil displacement effect of mixed diluted polymer solution with sewage is analyzed and evaluated. The experimental results show that: water quality and settling time of sewage. The settlement temperature and the concentration of the agent have an effect on the sedimentation treatment of the ternary sewage in oil field. By measuring the content of oil and suspended matter in sewage, the optimum mixing ratio is 1: 3 and the optimum mixing time limit is 8 h. The effects of different filter media gradation, filtration speed and mixing ratio on the oil content and suspended matter content of mixed sewage after filtration were studied by using visual simulation filter device to simulate the mixed filtration process of ternary and polymer flooding wastewater. The optimal filtration speed is determined to be 6m / h-8m / h, and the best filter media gradation is three. Under this condition.
