【摘要】：分別以甘氨酸(Gly)、丙氨酸(Ala)和谷氨酸(Glu)為陽(yáng)離子,磷鎢酸和磷鉬酸為陰離子,合成了氨基酸雜多酸鹽[Gly]_3PW_(12)O_(40)、[Ala]_3PW_(12)O_(40)、[Glu]_3PW_(12)O_(40)和[Glu]3PMo12O40。以氨基酸雜多酸鹽為催化劑、離子液體1-甲基-3-辛基咪唑六氟磷酸鹽([Omim]PF6)為萃取劑、過(guò)氧化氫為氧化劑,考察了模擬汽油催化氧化脫硫效果。其中,[Glu]_3PW_(12)O_(40)-[Omim]PF6-H2O2催化氧化脫硫體系的脫硫效果最好,采用該體系考察了脫硫條件對(duì)模擬汽油脫硫率的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)n(過(guò)氧化氫)∶n(硫)∶n(催化劑)=100∶25∶1、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為60 min、反應(yīng)溫度為50℃、V([Omim]PF6)∶V(模擬汽油)=1∶5時(shí),模擬汽油中二苯并噻吩(DBT)的脫除率可達(dá)98.5%,重復(fù)使用5次脫硫率仍高于95%。
[Abstract]:Amino acid heteropolyacid salts were synthesized with glycine Glycine, alanine (AlaA) and glutamate (Glu.) as cations and phosphotungstic acid and phosphomolybdic acid as anions, respectively. [Gly. [Ala. [Glu. [Glu] 3PMo12O40. using amino acid heteropolyacid as catalyst, ionic liquid 1-methyl -3octyl imidazolium hexafluorophosphate. [Omim] PF6) was used as extractant and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant to investigate the catalytic oxidation desulfurization effect of simulated gasoline. [Glu. [The desulfurization effect of Omim] PF6-H2O2 catalytic oxidation desulfurization system was the best.
