黏彈性表面活性劑對中低滲油藏驅(qū)油的適應(yīng)性研究

【摘要】:黏彈性表面活性劑在一定濃度條件下呈現(xiàn)出較高黏度,具有一定的流度控制能力,同時又有普通驅(qū)油用表面活性劑降低油水界面張力的能力,從而有望替代聚表二元驅(qū),成為一種良好的驅(qū)油劑。本文以實(shí)際油藏為背景,首次研究了驅(qū)油用黏彈性表面活性劑在多孔介質(zhì)中的性能,主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)研究了黏彈性表面活性劑在不同礦物表面的靜態(tài)吸附性質(zhì),以及在多孔介質(zhì)中的動態(tài)滯留規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:黏彈性表面活性劑在多孔介質(zhì)中的動態(tài)滯留量為10-2-100mg/g,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于其靜態(tài)吸附量(100~102mg/g)。 (2)研究了黏彈性表面活性劑在多孔介質(zhì)中的注入性和流度控制能力。研究結(jié)果表明:黏彈性表面活性劑在中低滲儲層中具有良好的注入性和流度控制能力。 (3)設(shè)計巖心流動實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了黏彈性表面活性劑在多孔介質(zhì)中的流變性能。研究結(jié)果表明:黏彈性表面活性劑在多孔介質(zhì)中的有效黏度由剪切黏度和拉伸黏度構(gòu)成。存在一個臨界剪切速率,臨界剪切速率以下,剪切作用占主導(dǎo);臨界剪切速率以上,拉伸效應(yīng)顯著。 (4)通過巖心驅(qū)油物模實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了黏彈性表面活性劑驅(qū)油效率。研究結(jié)果表明黏彈性表面活性劑具有與聚表二元驅(qū)相當(dāng)?shù)尿?qū)油效率,在中低滲油藏中具有良好的應(yīng)用潛力。 本文有關(guān)黏彈性表面活性劑的研究豐富了中低滲油藏提高采收率理論,為高含水期油藏的開發(fā)提供了技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Viscoelastic surfactants have a high viscosity at a certain concentration and have a certain mobility control ability. At the same time, some surfactants used in oil displacement can reduce the interfacial tension of oil and water. In this paper, the performance of viscoelastic surfactants for oil displacement in porous media is studied for the first time, and the main contents are as follows:. The static adsorption properties of viscoelastic surfactants on different mineral surfaces were studied. The results show that the dynamic retention of viscoelastic surfactants in porous media is 10-2-100 mg / g. It is far less than its static adsorption capacity of 100 ~ 102mg / g. 2). The injectability and mobility control ability of viscoelastic surfactants in porous media are studied. The results show that viscoelastic surfactants have good injectability and mobility control ability in middle and low permeability reservoirs. 3). The rheological properties of viscoelastic surfactants in porous media were studied by core flow experiment. The effective viscosity of viscoelastic surfactants in porous media consists of shear viscosity and tensile viscosity, and there exists a critical shear rate. Below the critical shear rate, shear action dominates; When the critical shear rate is above the critical shear rate, the tensile effect is significant. The oil displacement efficiency of viscoelastic surfactants is studied by core flooding experiments. The results show that viscoelastic surfactants have the same displacement efficiency as polymer binary flooding. It has good application potential in low permeability reservoir. The study of viscoelastic surfactants in this paper enriches the theory of improving oil recovery in middle and low permeability reservoirs and provides technical support for the development of reservoirs with high water cut.
