非均勻的地應(yīng)力下水泥環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)完整性規(guī)律分析

【摘要】:油氣井及儲(chǔ)氣庫井套管試壓、壓裂及反復(fù)注采氣等生產(chǎn)作業(yè)時(shí),固井水泥環(huán)及其膠結(jié)界面會(huì)受到應(yīng)力作用而產(chǎn)生變形甚至發(fā)生破壞,影響水泥環(huán)的封固效果。特別是當(dāng)水泥環(huán)處于塑性非均勻應(yīng)力地層中時(shí),地應(yīng)力非均勻性會(huì)導(dǎo)致應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變分布非線性變化,造成作業(yè)載荷加、卸載過程中水泥環(huán)及其膠結(jié)界面并存壓縮、拉伸及剪切等復(fù)雜應(yīng)力狀態(tài),為分析水泥環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)完整性增加了難度。為此,本文以水平井井眼條件為研究背景,建立了水平井地應(yīng)力計(jì)算模型;利用有限元及彈性力學(xué)理論,分析了非均勻地應(yīng)力條件下套管-水泥環(huán)-地層組合體力學(xué)作用關(guān)系,建立了接觸有限元力學(xué)模型,建立了水泥環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)完整性評價(jià)準(zhǔn)則;分析了載荷加載及卸載過程中地應(yīng)力不均度、套管偏心狀況、井斜角、水泥環(huán)力學(xué)參數(shù)等對水泥環(huán)界面應(yīng)力及結(jié)構(gòu)完整性影響及規(guī)律,評價(jià)了水泥環(huán)力學(xué)參數(shù)與結(jié)構(gòu)完整性適應(yīng)性問題,為合理選擇水泥環(huán)力學(xué)參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)水泥漿體系提供了基礎(chǔ)。研究結(jié)果表明,地應(yīng)力不均度增加,水泥環(huán)受到的各應(yīng)力分布不均勻性增加;而套管的偏心度大小,一定程度上加劇了水泥環(huán)受到的各應(yīng)力分布的不均勻性;同時(shí),井斜和井深的變化使井周地應(yīng)力不均勻性增加,使水泥環(huán)受到的各應(yīng)力出現(xiàn)明顯變化;水泥環(huán)力學(xué)參數(shù)的變化使水泥環(huán)對非均勻地應(yīng)力的響應(yīng)不同,增加了水泥環(huán)受到的應(yīng)力的變化。
[Abstract]:Oil and gas well and gas storage well casing pressure test, fracturing and repeated injection and gas production production, cement and cementing interface stress and deformation and failure, the effect of cement sheath sealing effect. Especially when the cement is plastic non uniform stress in the strata, stress non uniformity can lead to stress and strain distribution of nonlinear changes caused by work load, cement and cementing interface during unloading both compression, tensile and shear complex stress state, increase the difficulty for the analysis of cement ring structure integrity. Therefore, the horizontal well borehole conditions as the research background, calculation model the horizontal stress established; using finite element and elastic mechanics theory, analyzes the relationship between casing-cement combination of mechanical effect of non-uniform in-situ stress conditions, established the finite element contact mechanics model is established. The cement structural integrity evaluation criteria; analyzes the stress loading and unloading process irregularity, casing eccentricity, inclination, cement mechanical parameters and structural integrity of the effect and law of cement interface should be evaluated, and parameters of cement mechanical structure integrity adaptability, reasonable select the cement mechanical parameters, provides the basis for the design of cement slurry. The results show that the stress is to increase the degree of cement by the stress nonuniformity increase distribution; eccentric size and degree of casing, to a certain extent exacerbated by the cement stress distribution is not uniform; at the same time. Deviation and well depth change of the wells week of uneven stress increases, the cement ring is the stress changes; changes of cement mechanical parameters of the cement ring in response to non-uniform ground stress, increase A change in the stress of a cement ring.
