海南—月東油田淺海鉆井液體系研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著對(duì)海洋開發(fā)進(jìn)程的加快,海洋油氣業(yè)異軍突起,年平均增長率達(dá)到了32.3%,迅速成長為中國海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。另外,陸上油田陸續(xù)進(jìn)入高含水、特高含水、產(chǎn)量遞減階段,中國東部油田普遍將目光投向水深不足10米的灘淺海地區(qū)。專家認(rèn)為,這一領(lǐng)域已成為中國石油勘探開發(fā)的重要陣地。在人類對(duì)石油等不可再生資源的需求越來越大的情況下,海洋石油開采也成為人類對(duì)石油需求的希望所在。海南-月東油田屬灘淺海地區(qū),本文針對(duì)月東油田復(fù)雜的地質(zhì)特點(diǎn)開展相關(guān)室內(nèi)研究。研制的KCl-Sepolycol鉆井液體系,70℃失水可控制在7mL以下,抑制性評(píng)價(jià)頁巖回收率高達(dá)97.3%,地層侵入深度為3.1cm,滲透率恢復(fù)值為93%,明顯優(yōu)于其他鉆井液體系,適合應(yīng)用于淺海地區(qū)的環(huán)保型鉆井液體系;研制的Non-Solids SPK鉆井液體系,解決了無固相鉆井液失水量大的缺點(diǎn),70℃失水控制在8.4mL,引進(jìn)0.1%的殺菌劑對(duì)鉆井液體系性能影響較小,且同時(shí)能提高鉆井液的抗腐蝕能力;兩種體系均可抗10%抗巖屑污染和1.5%的水泥污染率;確定了RP儲(chǔ)層保護(hù)液中破膠劑5%的最佳加量,破膠率達(dá)57%以上,研制的RP儲(chǔ)層保護(hù)液在井下條件(溫度為63-64℃)下7天的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)基本保持不變,穩(wěn)定性較好;浸泡15天后的泥頁巖未發(fā)生水化現(xiàn)象,抑制性完全滿足施工要求。現(xiàn)場施工工藝結(jié)合室內(nèi)研究成果,成功解決了月東油田攜巖和潤滑防卡問題、泥巖段井徑擴(kuò)大問題、密度控制問題、儲(chǔ)層保護(hù)要求高等施工難點(diǎn),形成了一整套適合海南-月東油田復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件的鉆、完井液體系,現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用取得了良好的效果,并取得了可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of marine development, the offshore oil and gas industry has suddenly emerged, the annual average growth rate has reached 32.3 percent, which has rapidly grown into the pillar industry of China's marine economy. In addition, onshore oil fields have entered into high water cut one after another. In the stage of extremely high water cut and declining production, the oil fields in eastern China have generally turned their attention to shallow beach areas with a water depth of less than 10 meters, according to experts. This field has become an important position for China's petroleum exploration and development. Offshore oil production has also become the hope of human demand for oil. Hainan-Yuedong oil field is a shoal area. In view of the complex geological characteristics of Yuedong Oilfield, the related laboratory research is carried out in this paper.
