【摘要】:潛油電泵采油是目前國內(nèi)外油田開采的一種主要方式。為了達(dá)到油井的最佳開采效果,需要隨時了解油井的生產(chǎn)動態(tài),及時掌握油井壓力、溫度等參數(shù)的變化情況,以便對油井采取合理的調(diào)整措施。當(dāng)前相應(yīng)的配套測試系統(tǒng)被國外少數(shù)公司壟斷,開發(fā)一套潛油電泵機(jī)組溫度、壓力測試系統(tǒng)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。為了填補(bǔ)目前國內(nèi)此類產(chǎn)品空白,解決從國外廠商訂貨困難、價格昂貴的問題,本文開發(fā)了自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的潛油電泵機(jī)組溫度壓力測試系統(tǒng)。完成了井下數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的硬件電路設(shè)計、傳感器選型及信號調(diào)理電路的設(shè)計,電壓電流轉(zhuǎn)換電路的設(shè)計,雙信號分時傳輸電路的設(shè)計;完成了井下濾波消壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計以及絕緣電路的設(shè)計;發(fā)明了井下用全密封抗?jié)B體,完成了機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計;完成了井上系統(tǒng)的濾波電路設(shè)計、供電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、井上數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、顯示電路設(shè)計、電流環(huán)擴(kuò)展接口設(shè)計以及系統(tǒng)軟件的軟件設(shè)計。從室內(nèi)及現(xiàn)場試驗情況來看,溫度壓力測試系統(tǒng)均能長期、可靠、精確地測量潛油電泵井下的溫度和壓力,測量精度分別壓力在±0.5%以內(nèi),溫度偏差小于±1.5℃;系統(tǒng)可在戶內(nèi)或戶外長期使用,且運行較為穩(wěn)定,使用壽命與國外公司產(chǎn)品基本相等,相對于從國外進(jìn)口的裝置,成本較低,且能及時提供所需配件及售后服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Electric submersible pump production is a main way of oil production at home and abroad at present. In order to achieve the optimal recovery effect of oil wells, it is necessary to know the production performance of oil wells at any time and to grasp the oil well pressure in time. The change of temperature and other parameters in order to take reasonable adjustment measures for the oil well. At present the corresponding test system is monopolized by a few foreign companies to develop a set of submersible electric pump unit temperature. The stress test system is of great practical significance. In order to fill the gap of this kind of products in our country and solve the problem that it is difficult and expensive to place orders from foreign manufacturers. In this paper, the temperature and pressure test system of submersible pump unit with independent intellectual property rights is developed, and the hardware circuit design, sensor selection and signal conditioning circuit design of downhole data acquisition system are completed. The design of voltage and current conversion circuit and the design of dual signal time-sharing transmission circuit; The design of downhole filter and voltage suppression system and the design of insulation circuit are completed. The fully sealed impermeable body used in underground is invented and the mechanical structure is designed. The filter circuit design, power supply system design, data acquisition system design and display circuit design are completed. Current loop expansion interface design and system software design. From the indoor and field tests, the temperature and pressure testing system can be used to measure the temperature and pressure of submersible oil pump downhole for a long time, reliably and accurately.
