【摘要】：大慶頭臺(tái)油田源13西開發(fā)區(qū)屬于非均質(zhì)性較強(qiáng)的低滲透油田,注水開發(fā)階段暴露出諸如注入壓力快速上升、套損嚴(yán)重、地層壓力水平低且下降速度快等問題,在目前井網(wǎng)條件下儲(chǔ)層原油難以有效動(dòng)用,這嚴(yán)重制約和影響到油田開發(fā)效果和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。為此,必須尋求進(jìn)一步挖掘油層剩余潛力和提高原油采收率技術(shù)措施。針對(duì)礦場實(shí)際需求,本課題以油藏工程、物理化學(xué)和分析化學(xué)為理論指導(dǎo),以儀器檢測、化學(xué)分析、物理模擬為技術(shù)手段,以調(diào)驅(qū)劑黏度、聚合物分子線團(tuán)尺寸、阻力系數(shù)、殘余阻力系數(shù)和采收率等為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),以源13西開發(fā)區(qū)儲(chǔ)層地質(zhì)和流體為研究平臺(tái),開展了調(diào)驅(qū)劑篩選及其油藏適應(yīng)性研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,開展了調(diào)驅(qū)效果評(píng)價(jià)和注入工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)選物理模擬。源13西開發(fā)區(qū)儲(chǔ)層巖石屬于高孔低滲砂巖,具有孔隙尺寸較小、分選性較差和水敏速敏等特點(diǎn)。目標(biāo)區(qū)塊實(shí)施聚合物驅(qū)或聚合物凝膠調(diào)驅(qū)時(shí),與儲(chǔ)層相適應(yīng)聚合物相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量≤800×104,聚合物濃度≤900mg/L。與聚合物溶液相比較,Cr3+聚合物凝膠滲流阻力較大,液流轉(zhuǎn)向能力較強(qiáng)。與連續(xù)注入方式相比較,采用“聚合物溶液與水或Cr3+聚合物凝膠與水”交替注入方式,不僅可以降低因調(diào)驅(qū)劑進(jìn)入中低滲透層所產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面效應(yīng)、提高儲(chǔ)層動(dòng)用程度,而且能夠節(jié)約調(diào)驅(qū)劑用量、降低施工成本。
[Abstract]:Yuan13West Development Zone of Daqing Toutai Oilfield belongs to a low permeability oilfield with strong heterogeneity. During the stage of water injection development, problems such as rapid rise of injection pressure, serious casing damage, low formation pressure level and fast decreasing speed are exposed. The reservoir crude oil is difficult to be used effectively under the condition of well pattern at present, which seriously restricts and affects the development effect and economic benefit of oil field. It is necessary to seek further exploration of the remaining potential of reservoir and technical measures to improve oil recovery. According to the actual demand of mine field, this subject is guided by reservoir engineering, physical chemistry and analytical chemistry, and is tested by instrument. Chemical analysis, physical simulation as a technical means, the viscosity of the flooding agent, polymer molecular coil size, resistance coefficient, residual resistance coefficient and oil recovery as the evaluation index. Based on reservoir geology and fluid of Yuan-13 West Development Zone, the study on reservoir adaptability and screening of flooding agent is carried out. The reservoir rocks of Yuan13 West Development Zone belong to high porosity and low permeability sandstone with small pore size.
