孤東四號(hào)聯(lián)采出液化學(xué)破乳脫水技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著油藏的不斷開(kāi)采,我國(guó)部分油田已經(jīng)進(jìn)入高含水開(kāi)發(fā)階段,增大了開(kāi)采難度。三次采油技術(shù)在提高原油采收率的同時(shí),使得采出液性質(zhì)發(fā)生變化,導(dǎo)致原油乳狀液脫水困難,因此,研究含聚合物采出液的破乳脫水對(duì)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)具有重要意義。孤東采油廠原油總產(chǎn)量的四分之三來(lái)自于注聚合物驅(qū)采原油和熱力驅(qū)采稠油,與常規(guī)注聚驅(qū)采相比,東四聯(lián)采出液成分更加復(fù)雜,油水乳化程度高,給其脫水造成了很大困難。通過(guò)對(duì)東四聯(lián)采出液的物性分析,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)脫水條件確定實(shí)驗(yàn)室配置乳狀液的最佳條件為:乳化溫度65℃,乳化機(jī)間歇攪拌,乳化強(qiáng)度800r/min,攪拌時(shí)間10min,水相預(yù)熱后緩慢分次加入。采用瓶試法模擬東四聯(lián)采出液現(xiàn)場(chǎng)沉降脫水過(guò)程,結(jié)果表明水溶性原油破乳劑破乳脫水效果相對(duì)較差,油溶性破乳劑更適合于東四聯(lián)乳狀液,最終選擇BC-018L破乳劑;在室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下對(duì)油溶性破乳劑BC-018L進(jìn)行性能評(píng)價(jià),脫水溫度70℃、破乳劑加量70ppm、預(yù)脫水劑加量15ppm、沉降10h即可使剩余油中含水率達(dá)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要求的處理指標(biāo);沉降后期,隨著沉降時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),脫水率有增加的趨勢(shì);破乳劑的濃度變化對(duì)脫水率有較大的影響,由于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)脫水條件較實(shí)驗(yàn)室復(fù)雜得多,故建議藥劑用量為BC-018L加量80ppm、預(yù)脫劑加量15ppm。在確定破乳劑及最佳脫水條件的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)模擬分析,對(duì)東四聯(lián)在用脫水工藝流程進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化與改進(jìn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),破乳劑加入方式對(duì)脫水效果影響較大,最終確定最佳加藥方式為伸入開(kāi)孔式,開(kāi)孔方式為徑向兩側(cè)開(kāi)孔;同時(shí),使用SK與SX組合式靜態(tài)混合器能夠增強(qiáng)混合,最終使東四聯(lián)外輸原油含水率低于15%。
[Abstract]:With the continuous exploitation of the reservoir, some oil fields in China have entered the stage of high water cut development, which increases the difficulty of exploitation. The tertiary oil recovery technology improves the oil recovery factor and changes the properties of the produced liquid at the same time. This results in difficult dehydration of crude oil emulsions. It is of great significance to study the demulsification and dehydration of polymer produced liquid. 3/4 of the total crude oil output of Gudong Oil production Plant comes from polymer injection flooding and thermal flooding and heavy oil recovery, compared with conventional polymer flooding.
