威遠(yuǎn)頁巖氣水基鉆井液研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了解決我國油氣資源緊張的現(xiàn)狀,加大勘探開發(fā)頁巖氣力度已是發(fā)展趨勢,短短幾年,已建成幾個(gè)頗具規(guī)模的試點(diǎn),發(fā)展迅速。鑒于美國頁巖氣開發(fā)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),國內(nèi)頁巖氣水平井施工中主要使用油基鉆井液,但油基鉆井液高成本、高污染是其固有的缺陷,對安全健康環(huán)保等方面有不利影響。因此,有必要研究出在頁巖氣勘探開發(fā)中以成本較低、更加安全健康環(huán)保的水基鉆井液,從而取代油基鉆井液。頁巖地層裂縫發(fā)育、水敏性強(qiáng),在長水平段鉆井中,不僅容易發(fā)生井漏、垮塌、縮徑等問題,而且因水平段較長,還會(huì)帶來摩阻、攜巖及地層污染等問題,井下復(fù)雜發(fā)生幾率大大增加。因此,在頁巖氣水平井鉆井中解決井壁穩(wěn)定、降阻減摩和巖屑床清除等問題就成為頁巖氣水平井水基鉆井液施工的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn)。本文闡述了XJA-1的抑制機(jī)理,并以此為核心處理劑,優(yōu)選評價(jià)了其它處理劑,建立了頁巖氣水基鉆井液體系配方,并對該體系進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)評價(jià),表明該鉆井液體系在密度為2.0g/cm3時(shí)抗溫可達(dá)160℃;可抗10%的粘土污染、5%的鹽水污染;砂床實(shí)驗(yàn)中30min無濾失,且侵入深度僅為2.5cm,封堵性能良好;老化前后磨阻系數(shù)均小于0.08,潤滑性能較好;滲透率恢復(fù)值87%,可有效保護(hù)儲(chǔ)層。現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)表明該鉆井液體系機(jī)械鉆速可達(dá)3~6m/h,平均井徑擴(kuò)大率為12.73%,雖與油基鉆井液有些差距,但表現(xiàn)出較好的潤滑性和抑制性,能滿足現(xiàn)場施工要求。與油基鉆井液相比,鉆井液成本可降低近30%,且鉆屑含油量較低,降低了對環(huán)境的危害,應(yīng)用前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the shortage of oil and gas resources in China, it is a development trend to increase the exploration and development of shale gas. In just a few years, several pilot projects have been built on a considerable scale. In view of the successful experience of shale gas development in the United States, oil based drilling fluid is mainly used in horizontal well construction of shale gas in China, but its inherent defects are high cost and high pollution of oil based drilling fluid. Therefore, it is necessary to study the water-based drilling fluid with lower cost and safer, healthier and environmental protection in shale gas exploration and development. Thus replacing oil based drilling fluid. Shale formation fracture development, strong water sensitivity, in the long horizontal section drilling, not only easy to occur well leakage, collapse, shrinkage and other problems, but also because of a long horizontal section, but also bring friction. The probability of underground complex occurrence is greatly increased due to the problems of rock carrying and formation pollution. Therefore, the stability of borehole lining is solved in the drilling of shale gas horizontal wells. The problems of reducing resistance and reducing friction and removing cuttings bed have become the difficulties and emphases of drilling fluid construction in shale gas horizontal wells. This paper expounds the mechanism of XJA-1 suppression and takes it as the core treatment agent. The formula of shale gas / water base drilling fluid system was established and the laboratory evaluation was carried out.
