超低密壓裂支撐劑的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:以二級(jí)鋁礬土(65wt%Al_2O_3)和鉀長(zhǎng)石為原料,在添加不同含量的白云石的基礎(chǔ)上制備了超低密高強(qiáng)的壓裂支撐劑,并研究了白云石的添加量對(duì)燒成溫度和石油壓裂支撐劑性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:在原料中加入適量的鉀長(zhǎng)石,不僅可以降低燒結(jié)溫度,同時(shí)還能降低壓裂支撐劑的密度;添加白云石能有效降低支撐劑的燒結(jié)溫度和破碎率,同時(shí)白云石和鉀長(zhǎng)石共同作用,促進(jìn)了燒結(jié)致密化的進(jìn)行,有利于棒狀莫來(lái)石的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育,從而提高了支撐劑的強(qiáng)度。當(dāng)白云石的添加量為2wt%,燒結(jié)溫度為1330℃時(shí),所制備的壓裂支撐劑性能最優(yōu),其體密僅為1.30 g/cm~3,52 MPa下的破碎率為4.51wt%。
[Abstract]:The ultra-low density and high strength fracturing proppant was prepared on the basis of the addition of dolomite with different content of potassium feldspar and secondary bauxite (65 wt) and potassium feldspar as raw materials. The effect of dolomite addition on sintering temperature and properties of petroleum fracturing proppant is studied. The results show that adding appropriate amount of potassium feldspar into raw material can not only reduce sintering temperature. At the same time, it can reduce the density of fracturing proppant. The addition of dolomite can effectively reduce the sintering temperature and breakage rate of proppant, at the same time, dolomite and potassium feldspar act together to promote the sintering densification, which is conducive to the growth and development of rod-like mullite.
