【摘要】：針對(duì)遼河油田浮渣底泥進(jìn)行了特性分析及萃取工藝優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)。對(duì)不同含水率的含油污泥進(jìn)行萃取實(shí)驗(yàn),分析含油污泥中水分對(duì)萃取過程的影響,確定適宜含油污泥萃取的含水率區(qū)間為20.0%~30.0%。適宜的萃取條件為:劑泥比(質(zhì)量)為2∶1,萃取溫度50℃,萃取時(shí)間30 min,在此優(yōu)化條件下,含油污泥油分萃取率65%。
