含油污泥脫水萃取工藝研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)遼河油田浮渣底泥進(jìn)行了特性分析及萃取工藝優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)。對(duì)不同含水率的含油污泥進(jìn)行萃取實(shí)驗(yàn),分析含油污泥中水分對(duì)萃取過程的影響,確定適宜含油污泥萃取的含水率區(qū)間為20.0%~30.0%。適宜的萃取條件為:劑泥比(質(zhì)量)為2∶1,萃取溫度50℃,萃取時(shí)間30 min,在此優(yōu)化條件下,含油污泥油分萃取率65%。
[Abstract]:The characteristic analysis and extraction process optimization experiment were carried out for slagging sediment in Liaohe Oilfield. The extraction experiments of oily sludge with different water content were carried out, and the influence of water content in oily sludge on the extraction process was analyzed.
