扶余油田西5-16區(qū)塊聚合物驅(qū)封竄技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:在聚合物驅(qū)試驗(yàn)中,由于地層經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的注入水沖刷,部分井層內(nèi)已形成大孔道甚至特大孔道,成為注聚低壓井。常規(guī)的注入段塞對(duì)大孔道封堵效果較差,起不到較好的封竄作用,聚合物沿大孔道竄流較嚴(yán)重,使聚合物在地層內(nèi)形成無(wú)效循環(huán),影響聚合物驅(qū)油效果。本文以扶余西區(qū)5-16區(qū)塊實(shí)施聚合物驅(qū)技術(shù)過(guò)程中,分別開(kāi)展了聚合物驅(qū)封竄、封堵體系篩選評(píng)價(jià)、封竄體系注入?yún)?shù)優(yōu)化、注入方式優(yōu)化、封竄體系相關(guān)配套技術(shù)以及注采調(diào)控方法的研究。試驗(yàn)區(qū)儲(chǔ)層以正韻律和復(fù)合正韻律為主,注入水除了由東西向裂縫竄流以外,還會(huì)沿油層底部高滲透條帶推進(jìn),層內(nèi)、層間非均質(zhì)性強(qiáng)。油藏裂縫和大孔道發(fā)育,層內(nèi)、層間非均質(zhì)性強(qiáng),注采關(guān)系敏感和復(fù)雜。通過(guò)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)封堵進(jìn)行體系篩選、封竄體系的粘度、成膠時(shí)間、抗剪切能力、抗稀釋實(shí)驗(yàn)以及溫度、PH值對(duì)封竄體系的影響進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)篩選的體系進(jìn)行成膠性能、吸水性能、封堵性能、驅(qū)油性能試驗(yàn)從而篩選出適合扶余西區(qū)封竄體系并進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化性能。通過(guò)物模、數(shù)模等實(shí)驗(yàn),分析了不同注入量、不同注入方式下的提高采收率程度,對(duì)聚合物驅(qū)封竄注入?yún)?shù)及注入方式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。利用示蹤劑對(duì)竄流通道體積、尺寸進(jìn)行定量解釋,根據(jù)體積選擇用量,根據(jù)尺寸選擇顆粒大小。初步設(shè)計(jì)在線多井同時(shí)調(diào)剖工藝技術(shù),滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工需求,初步形成了在線多井同時(shí)注入的施工設(shè)計(jì)方法。采用在線封竄工藝,井間在線注入的方式,注入便捷,節(jié)約了施工成本。
[Abstract]:In polymer flooding test, due to the formation after a long period of injection water scour, some wells have formed large or even extraordinarily large pores, which become polymer injection low pressure wells. The conventional injection slug has poor plugging effect on large channels. The polymer channeling flow along the large pore channel is more serious, which makes the polymer form invalid circulation in the formation. In the process of polymer flooding in block 5-16 of Fuyu Western region, the sealing channeling of polymer flooding, the screening evaluation of plugging system and the optimization of injection parameters of plugging system were carried out respectively. The study of injection mode optimization, relevant matching technology of sealing channeling system and injection-production regulation method. The reservoir in the experimental area is mainly composed of positive rhythm and compound positive rhythm, except for the channeling of injected water from east to west fractures. It will also advance along the high permeability zone at the bottom of the reservoir, with strong heterogeneity in the layer and between the layers, the development of fractures and large pores in the reservoir, the strong heterogeneity in the layer and between the layers, and the sensitivity and complexity of the injection-production relationship. The system selection of plugging, viscosity, gelation time, shear resistance, anti-dilution experiment and temperature PH value of the system were analyzed and evaluated, and the gelatinization performance of the system was evaluated. Water absorption performance, plugging performance and oil displacement performance tests were used to screen out the channeling system suitable for Fuyu Western region and further optimize the performance. Different injection rates were analyzed through physical model and digital model experiments. The injection parameters and injection methods of polymer flooding seal channeling were optimized under different injection modes. The volume and size of channeling channel were quantitatively interpreted by tracer, and the dosage was selected according to the volume. According to the size of particles and the preliminary design of simultaneous profile control technology for online multi-wells to meet the field construction requirements, a preliminary construction design method of simultaneous injection of on-line multi-wells was formed. The on-line sealing and channeling process was adopted. The method of cross-well online injection is convenient for injection and saves construction cost.
