微弱信號檢測技術在側向測井中的應用研究

【摘要】:隨著探測深度的不斷增加,鉆井液侵入地層特征越來越復雜,雙側向測井儀僅能提供深淺兩種模式下的視電阻率曲線,無法滿足復雜油氣評價的需求,研制多探測模式的新型陣列側向測井儀勢在必行。根據(jù)數(shù)值模擬結果,井下監(jiān)督電極上探測到的最小電壓幅度只有百納伏級別,且動態(tài)范圍大,為了提高檢測的精度,需深入研究微弱信號檢測技術在側向測井中的應用。 本文針對側向測井中的陣列側向測井微弱信號檢測技術進行了研究,通過研究陣列側向測井工作模式,在分析側向測井中信號的特點的基礎上,提出了相應檢測系統(tǒng)設計方案,包括硬件設計部分與數(shù)字信號處理關鍵技術的確定。硬件部分首先確定設計參數(shù)指標,重點部分為設計信號預處理電路,包括設計低噪聲前置放大器,選取濾波器的結構及參數(shù),并進行Multisim仿真分析。數(shù)字信號處理重點在于方案的選取。在Matlab仿真環(huán)境下,對比數(shù)字濾波器與小波變換的去噪結果發(fā)現(xiàn)后者效果更好,對比FFT變換算法與數(shù)字相敏檢波兩種不同算法檢測結果發(fā)現(xiàn)后者檢測準確度更高,誤差更小,最后通過對比分析小波去噪結合數(shù)字相敏檢波與直接數(shù)字相敏檢波檢測的相對誤差,從時效性與精簡設計考慮確定選用直接數(shù)字相敏檢波檢測方案,并設計了數(shù)字信號處理流程圖,最后對信號預處理印制電路板進行了功能測試實驗,實驗結果達到預定設計指標。
[Abstract]:With the increasing depth, drilling fluid invasion formation characteristics become more and more complex, the dual laterolog instrument can only provide the depth of apparent resistivity curves under the two modes, can not meet the complex evaluation of oil and gas demand, development of a new type of array laterolog tool potential multi detection mode is necessary. According to the results of numerical simulation, the minimum voltage the amplitude monitor electrode to detect only bynano volt level, and high dynamic range, in order to improve the detection accuracy, the application needs further study of weak signal detection technology in lateral logging in.
This paper studies the weak signal detection technology of array laterolog in lateral logging was carried out, through the study of array lateral logging mode, based on analyzing the characteristics of the signal in the lateral logging, put forward corresponding design detection system, including hardware design and key technology of digital signal processing. The hardware part design parameter the key part is the design of indicators, signal pretreatment circuit, including the design of low noise preamplifier, select the filter structure and parameters, and analysis of Multisim simulation. Digital signal processing is the key for selection. In the Matlab simulation environment, comparison of digital filter and wavelet transform denoising results and find that the latter effect is better, compared to FFT transform algorithm and digital phase sensitive detection of two kinds of algorithm tests found that the latter detection accuracy, small error, finally Through the comparative analysis of wavelet denoising based on digital phase sensitive detection and direct digital phase sensitive detection from relative error detection, timeliness and streamline design considerations determine the selection of direct digital phase sensitive detection scheme, and the design of the digital signal processing flow chart, at the end of the signal preprocessing of printed circuit board of the function test, the experimental results met the design index.
