分區(qū)控氨技術(shù)在煉油廠選擇性催化還原煙氣脫硝中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對(duì)選擇性催化還原(SCR)脫硝反應(yīng)器同截面溫度分布不均,導(dǎo)致NO_x濃度分布不均,嚴(yán)重影響脫硝效果,采用傳統(tǒng)的均勻噴氨方式無(wú)法有效解決脫硝率低、局部氨逃逸的問(wèn)題,以煉油廠自備鍋爐SCR脫硝裝置為研究對(duì)象,在SCR脫硝反應(yīng)器入口煙氣NO_x濃度分布不均的情況下,采用分區(qū)噴氨的控氨方式,提高脫硝率的同時(shí)改善反應(yīng)器出口截面NO_x濃度分布的均勻性,有效控制了氨逃逸。分區(qū)噴氨與均勻噴氨實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)相比,分區(qū)噴氨后脫硝率提高11.5百分點(diǎn),氨耗量減少5kg/h,氨逃逸濃度降低77.5%。根據(jù)溫度和濃度的關(guān)系估算,均勻噴氨時(shí)反應(yīng)器入口同截面溫度最高處和最低處溫差應(yīng)不超過(guò)30℃,否則需考慮分區(qū)噴氨方式。
[Abstract]:Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification reactor with the section temperature distribution is uneven, resulting in uneven distribution of NO_x concentration, seriously affected the denitrification effect, using uniform injection ammonia traditional methods can not effectively solve the denitrification rate is low, local ammonia escape problems in refinery owned boiler denitration device on SCR the object in the SCR denitrification reactor entrance flue gas NO_x concentration under the condition of uneven distribution, the control way of ammonia ammonia partition, improve denitrification rate and improve reactor outlet NO_x concentration distribution, the effective control of ammonia escape. The partition of ammonia injection compared with uniform injection ammonia experimental data partition after ammonia denitrification rate increased by 11.5 percentage points, ammonia consumption is reduced 5kg/h, 77.5%. decreased the concentration of ammonia escape according to the relationship between temperature and concentration estimation, uniform injection ammonia reactor at the highest temperature at the same section entrance and the lowest temperature should not exceed 30 degrees, or not It is necessary to consider the zoning method of ammonia injection.
