【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,國(guó)家對(duì)油氣能源的需求越來(lái)越大,國(guó)內(nèi)的許多長(zhǎng)輸管線陸續(xù)建成并投入運(yùn)營(yíng)。眾所周知,對(duì)于油氣能源來(lái)說(shuō),管道運(yùn)輸是最經(jīng)濟(jì)、最安全、最高效快捷和管理便利的輸送方式。近年來(lái),天然氣輸送管線設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)含量普遍提高,為確保管線服役期間的安全可靠性,所采取的措施也更加嚴(yán)格,對(duì)油氣管道焊接質(zhì)量的檢測(cè)也越來(lái)越重要。選擇DQ檢測(cè)公司承擔(dān)的XD管道項(xiàng)目工程檢測(cè)活動(dòng)為主要研究對(duì)象,在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、項(xiàng)目管理、工程項(xiàng)目管理及工程檢測(cè)等相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)DQ檢測(cè)公司正在實(shí)施XD管道項(xiàng)目工程檢測(cè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出XD管道工程檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)備、實(shí)施和驗(yàn)收階段存在的主要問(wèn)題。研究表明:工程計(jì)劃準(zhǔn)備階段存在檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目資質(zhì)不完善、項(xiàng)目部駐地選址和物資資源配置不合理的問(wèn)題;在施工階段存在安全管理措施實(shí)施不到位、質(zhì)量管理意識(shí)有待加強(qiáng)、工程進(jìn)度安排不合理和成本管理控制不完善等四方面問(wèn)題;竣工驗(yàn)收階段存在的問(wèn)題有,檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目數(shù)量和名稱(chēng)與實(shí)際不符,竣工資料中個(gè)別內(nèi)容不完善。為了及時(shí)改進(jìn)XD管道項(xiàng)目工程檢測(cè)存在的問(wèn)題,更好地確保該檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目達(dá)到預(yù)期整體效益,提出以下主要改進(jìn)措施:首先要完善項(xiàng)目部選址及駐地環(huán)境、加強(qiáng)檢測(cè)資質(zhì)管理、優(yōu)化檢測(cè)資源配置,把好檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目的入口關(guān);其次,在檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施階段要重點(diǎn)抓好工程檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理、成本管理、安全管理、進(jìn)度管理等四個(gè)核心任務(wù)。最后,通過(guò)強(qiáng)化檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和底片管理、做好竣工資料規(guī)范管理以更好地保證檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目竣工和驗(yàn)收階段工作順利完成。
[Abstract]:With the economic development of our country, the demand for oil and gas energy is increasing, and many long-distance pipelines have been built and put into operation. As we all know, pipeline transportation is the most economical and safest for oil and gas energy. The most efficient and convenient transportation mode. In recent years, the natural gas pipeline design technology content is generally improved, in order to ensure the safety and reliability of pipeline service, the measures taken are more strict. It is also more and more important to test the welding quality of oil and gas pipeline. The project inspection activity of XD pipeline project undertaken by DQ inspection company is selected as the main research object, and the current research situation and project management at home and abroad are summarized. Based on the theory of engineering project management and engineering inspection, this paper analyzes the current situation of engineering inspection of XD pipeline project in DQ inspection company, and points out the preparation of XD pipeline engineering inspection. The main problems existing in the stage of implementation and acceptance. The research shows that the qualification of the test project is not perfect, the site selection and material resource allocation of the project department are unreasonable in the preparation stage of the project plan; There are four problems in the construction stage, such as the implementation of safety management measures is not in place, the consciousness of quality management needs to be strengthened, the arrangement of project schedule is unreasonable and the cost management and control is not perfect. The problems in the stage of completion and acceptance are that the number and name of the inspection project are not in accordance with the reality, and the individual contents of the completed materials are not perfect. In order to improve the problems existing in the XD pipeline project engineering inspection in time. Better ensure that the testing project to achieve the expected overall benefits, put forward the following main improvement measures: first of all, to improve the project location and residential environment, strengthen the management of testing qualifications, optimize the allocation of testing resources. Close the entrance of the test items; Secondly, we should focus on the four core tasks of quality management, cost management, safety management and schedule management. Finally, we should strengthen the management of test data and negatives. Manage the completion data well to ensure the completion of the completion and acceptance phase of the inspection project.
