基于尖錐網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法的管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價研究

【摘要】:為更全面準(zhǔn)確識別管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高管道運(yùn)行的安全水平,用尖錐網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(ConeANP),從管道全生命周期角度,分析管道完整性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價體系構(gòu)成,構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價指標(biāo)的Cone-ANP結(jié)構(gòu)并求取各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,最后將其結(jié)果與傳統(tǒng)ANP法進(jìn)行對比分析。研究結(jié)果表明:管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素存在于管道全生命周期的各個階段;監(jiān)督力度和高后果區(qū)識別是影響管道完整性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的重要因素;在全生命周期視角下,腐蝕所占權(quán)重較低。用Cone-ANP法求取的管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價指標(biāo)權(quán)重更為客觀合理。
[Abstract]:In order to identify pipeline risks more comprehensively and accurately and improve the safety level of pipeline operation, this paper analyzes the composition of pipeline integrity risk assessment system from the point of view of pipeline life cycle by means of cone network analysis method. Construct the Cone-ANP structure of the risk evaluation index and obtain the weight of each index. Finally, the results are compared with the traditional ANP method. The results show that the pipeline risk factors exist in all stages of the pipeline life cycle. The intensity of supervision and the identification of high consequence area are the important factors that affect the integrity risk of pipeline. In the view of the whole life cycle, the weight of corrosion is relatively low, and the weight of pipeline risk evaluation index obtained by Cone-ANP method is more objective and reasonable.
