無硫磷三嗪雜環(huán)衍生物水基潤滑添加劑的制備及其摩擦性能

【摘要】:以三聚氯氰和二乙醇胺為原料合成出一種含氮、但不含硫磷的三嗪雜環(huán)衍生物2,4-二(N,N-二羥乙氨基)-6-羥基-均三嗪(CDDA)水基潤滑添加劑,以CDDA為原料制得一種添加劑2,4-二嗎啉基-6-羥基-均三嗪(CMDA),并采用FTIR、元素分析以及電噴霧電離質(zhì)譜(ESI-MS)對其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征?疾炝薈DDA和CMDA的熱穩(wěn)定性及溶解性;采用四球摩擦磨損試驗研究了CDDA和CMDA用作水基潤滑添加劑的減摩、抗磨以及極壓性能;并采用SEM和EDS觀察和分析了摩擦表面的形貌特征及元素。研究結(jié)果表明,合成的產(chǎn)物為目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物CDDA和CMDA。在相同的實驗條件下,CMDA的分解溫度范圍是278.26~460.15℃,CDDA的分解溫度范圍是110.46~457.58℃,CMDA的熱穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)于CDDA;在不同載荷、添加比例等條件下CMDA的摩擦學(xué)性能優(yōu)于CDDA。CMDA優(yōu)異的摩擦學(xué)性能得益于含有更多的雜環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu),在摩擦過程中,添加劑與摩擦副表面發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),生成了含氮雜環(huán)的復(fù)合邊界潤滑膜,起到極壓、抗磨的作用。
[Abstract]:A nitrogen-containing triazine heterocyclic derivative 2o 4- dioxane was synthesized from cyanuric chloride and diethanolamine. N-dihydroxyethylamino-6-hydroxy-3-triazine (CDDAA) water-based lubricating additive was prepared by using CDDA as raw material to prepare a new additive, 2-dimorpholinyl-6-hydroxy-3-triazine (CMDAA). The structure was characterized by FTIR, elemental analysis and ESI-MS. The thermal stability and solubility of CDDA and CMDA were investigated. The friction-reducing, antiwear and extreme pressure properties of CDDA and CMDA as water-based lubricating additives were studied by four-ball friction and wear test. The morphologies and elements of friction surfaces were observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results showed that the synthesized products were the target products CDDA and CMDA. under the same experimental conditions. The decomposition temperature range of CMDA is 278.26 鈩,
