橫向管道滑坡有限元模型的建立及驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:油氣管道沿線的地質(zhì)滑坡會(huì)對(duì)管道安全運(yùn)行造成極大威脅,管道一旦發(fā)生過量位移或受到過量應(yīng)力,將產(chǎn)生屈曲變形甚至斷裂。采用人工堆土的方法,建立了實(shí)體滑坡模型,整個(gè)模型平面形態(tài)采用圈椅形,將埋地管道當(dāng)作埋地長(zhǎng)梁,主要監(jiān)測(cè)滑坡體自身表面變形、管道變形與應(yīng)力、管土之間的相互作用力以及滑坡體內(nèi)部力的分布形式。依據(jù)實(shí)體模型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,結(jié)合彈性地基梁理論構(gòu)建了橫向管道滑坡的有限元模型,結(jié)果表明:在橫向管道滑坡中,管道應(yīng)力較大處位于滑坡寬度中央和滑坡兩側(cè)邊界處。將有限元分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,從而驗(yàn)證了所建模型的有效性。該模型可以用來進(jìn)一步探討滑坡對(duì)管道的力學(xué)作用。
[Abstract]:The geological landslide along the oil and gas pipeline will pose a great threat to the safe operation of the pipeline. Once the pipeline occurs excessive displacement or excessive stress, it will produce buckling deformation or even fracture. The solid landslide model is established. The plane shape of the model adopts the ring chair shape, and the buried pipeline is regarded as the buried long beam, which mainly monitors the surface deformation, pipeline deformation and stress of the landslide body itself. Based on the experimental results of solid model and elastic foundation beam theory, the finite element model of transverse pipeline landslide is established. The results show that the stress of the pipeline lies at the center of the width of the landslide and the boundary between the two sides of the landslide, and the finite element analysis results are compared with the test results. The model can be used to further study the mechanical effect of landslide on pipeline.
