遼河高凝油微生物采油菌劑研究及應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:針對(duì)高凝油含蠟高、凝固點(diǎn)高、流動(dòng)性差及開采難度大的問題,選用銅綠假單胞菌配合嗜熱脂肪地芽孢桿菌和嗜熱脫氮地芽孢桿菌,采用四組分分析法和飽和烴氣相色譜法等方法開展了微生物提高高凝油采收率菌劑研究和應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:菌種對(duì)原油四組分存在選擇性降解,降解率為23.0%~42.3%,同時(shí)菌種可以將高凝油中長(zhǎng)碳鏈飽和烴降解為短碳鏈烴類,w(nC_(21))/w(nC_(22))值和w(nC_(21)+nC_(22))/w(nC_(28)+nC_(29))值增大0.33~0.57;銅綠假單胞菌發(fā)酵液表面張力從72.21 mN/m降低至26.81 mN/m;嗜熱脂肪地芽孢桿菌與嗜熱脫氮地芽孢桿菌2種芽孢桿菌乳化高凝油的E24值分別為70.6%和82.3%;基于嗜熱脂肪地芽孢桿菌、嗜熱脫氮地芽孢桿菌和銅綠假單胞菌3種細(xì)菌性能設(shè)計(jì)的兼容本源微生物的復(fù)合微生物采油菌劑可使高凝油黏度降低63.86%,凝固點(diǎn)降低6℃。物理模擬驅(qū)油實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:該微生物復(fù)合菌劑可在中滲(200 mD)及低滲(50 mD)條件下使高凝油采收率提高6.46%~8.48%。6口油井的微生物吞吐采油試驗(yàn)證明該微生物復(fù)合菌劑性能穩(wěn)定,可使高凝油采收率大幅提高,具有良好的工業(yè)應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of high wax content, high freezing point, poor fluidity and difficulty in mining, Pseudomonas aeruginosa was selected in combination with Bacillus thermophilus and Bacillus thermophilus. Four component analysis method and saturated hydrocarbon gas chromatography method were used to study and evaluate microorganism to improve oil recovery. The results showed that the bacteria could selectively degrade the four components of crude oil. The degradation rate is 23.0 ~ 42.3%, and the strain can degrade the long chain saturated hydrocarbon into the short carbon chain hydrocarbon in the high coagulant oil. / / / the / / /.
