【摘要】:目前大慶油田進入三次采油階段,由于三元復合驅(qū)采油技術的大面積推廣應用,大量的三元復合驅(qū)采出水隨之產(chǎn)生。油田三元復合驅(qū)采出水的組成復雜,主要包括未分離的原油、懸浮固體、聚合物、堿、表面活性劑和化學藥劑等。大量殘留的化學藥劑導至采出水油水分離困難且乳化嚴重,常規(guī)的物理及化學方法處理三元復合驅(qū)采出水效率不高而且耗費成本較高。針對上述情況生物法處理油田采出水的研究應運而生,在取得了較好的處理效果同時大大降低了處理成本。生物法處理油田采出水是根據(jù)微生物能夠利用三元采出水中的一些有機物質(zhì)作為自身生長的營養(yǎng)基質(zhì),在微生物生長繁殖過程中逐步將其分解代謝從而完成對三元采出水的處理凈化。本研究針對大慶油田三元復合驅(qū)采出水的特點,采用厭氧折流板反應器(anaerobic baffled reactor ABR)生物處理工藝對其進行處理。研究表明,在反應器穩(wěn)定馴化驅(qū)油菌群的30d后,隨著反應器的穩(wěn)定運行,水力停留時間由最初72h逐步縮短至24h,提高了反應器處理效率。弱堿三元復合驅(qū)采出水經(jīng)過100d穩(wěn)定處理后,原水含油去除效率高達99.80%,懸浮固體去除率94.40%,,聚合物去除率7.00%,粘度下降20.00%,表面活性劑去除率50.00%,總堿度去除率16.00%;強堿三元復合驅(qū)采出水經(jīng)過60d穩(wěn)定處理后,原水含油除率98.50%,懸浮固體去除率96.50%,聚合物去除率為28.80%,粘度下降20.00%,表面活性劑去除率62.30%,總堿度去除率34.80%;弱堿井口三元水經(jīng)過30d穩(wěn)定處理后,原水含油去除率99.20%,懸浮固體去除率89.50%,聚合物去除率21.90%,粘度下降30.40%,表面活性劑去除率53.80%,總堿度去除率為15.50%。北二西弱堿三原站出水經(jīng)雙柱狀過濾反應器過濾后懸浮固體含量下降至25.60mg/L,含油量下降至3.50mg/L,原水加聚合氯化鋁絮凝預處理后過濾效果更佳。
[Abstract]:At present, Daqing Oilfield has entered the stage of tertiary oil recovery. Due to the extensive application of ASP flooding technology, a large number of ASP flooding produced water has been produced, and the composition of ASP flooding produced water in oilfield is complex. It mainly includes crude oil, suspended solid, polymer, alkali, surfactant and chemical agent, etc. A large number of residual chemicals are difficult to separate from oil and water in the produced water and emulsified seriously. Conventional physical and chemical methods to treat ASP flooding produced water efficiency is not high and high cost. In view of the above situation biological treatment of oilfield produced water research emerged as the times require. Biological treatment of oilfield produced water is based on the ability of microbes to use some organic substances in ternary produced water as the nutrient substrate for their own growth. In the process of microbial growth and reproduction, it is gradually decomposed and metabolized so as to complete the treatment and purification of ternary produced water. This study aims at the characteristics of ternary flooding produced water in Daqing Oilfield. Anaerobic baffle reactor (ABR) was used to treat anaerobic baffled reactor. After 30 days of stable acclimation, the HRT was gradually shortened from 72 h to 24 h with the stable operation of the reactor. After 100 days of stable treatment, the oil removal efficiency of raw water is as high as 99.80 and the removal rate of suspended solid is 94.40, respectively. The removal rate of polymer is 7.00, the viscosity decreases 20.00%, the removal rate of surfactant is 50.00g, the removal rate of total alkalinity is 16.00; After 60 days of stable treatment, the oil removal rate, suspended solid removal rate and polymer removal rate of raw water are 98.50, 96.50 and 28.80% respectively. Viscosity decreased 20.00%, surfactant removal rate 62.30, total alkalinity removal rate 34.80%; After 30 days of stable treatment, the removal rate of oil in raw water is 99.20, the removal rate of suspended solid is 89.50, the removal rate of polymer is 21.90, and the viscosity of raw water is decreased by 30.40%. The removal rate of surfactant was 53.80 and the removal rate of total alkalinity was 15.50. The suspended solids content in the effluent of the North Erxi weak Alkali III Station was reduced to 25.60 mg / L after being filtered by a double-column filter reactor. The oil content decreased to 3.50 mg / L, and the filtration effect was better after flocculation pretreatment of raw water and polyaluminium chloride.
